Wonderful, 1250-square-foot condominium in Lagoon Townhomes. Newer furniture, new queen mattresses on all beds. Mountain views from both bedrooms. Master bedroom has one queen; second bedroom two queen beds. 2 car garage. Hot water baseboard heat. Lagoon has a recreation center with racquetball and tennis courts, full-size 25-yard pool, stocked trout pond. On the bike path through Dillon reservoir, walking distance to the Frisco Alpine cross-country ski center.
Easy walk to shopping and restaurants, ten-mile drive to Silverthorne Outlets, easy drive to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin ski areas. Thirty-minute drive to Vail. Wi-Fi is not in condo but at the club house.

Frisco is an unpretentious friendly town in the heart of ski country. Our condo appealed to us because of the size, the management does an excellent job.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The garage really helps, being on the top floor, having three bathrooms, size of the kitchen counters, hot water heat preserves the little bit of humidity there is.

Just a quick note to let you know that we appreciated your letting us use your condo during our skiing vacation. It is a exceptionally nice unit and we enjoyed it immensely while we were there. However, we spent more time on the slopes that in the condo which is the way it is supposed to be. The weather was nice but a little more new snow would have been great--a person cannot have everything. Thanks again. Terry and Betty

We stayed here and although these units are older they are very well maintained. Our owner was nice to deal with and the condo was immaculate. For the money its a great deal.
