Wonderful, 1250-square-foot condominium in Lagoon Townhomes. New furniture, new queen mattresses on all beds, new linens, new utensils, new paint. Mountain views from both bedrooms. Master bedroom has one queen; second bedroom two queen beds. 2 car garage. Hot water baseboard heat. Lagoon has a recreation center with racquetball and tennis courts, full-size 25-yard pool, stocked trout pond. On the bike path through Dillon reservoir, walking distance to the Frisco Alpine cross-country ski center.
Easy walk to shopping and restaurants, ten-mile drive to Silverthorne Outlets, easy drive to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin ski areas. Thirty-minute drive to Vail. Wi-Fi is not in condo but at the club house.

We stayed here and although these units are older they are very well maintained. Our owner was nice to deal with and the condo was immaculate. For the money its a great deal.
