This beautiful home has a lot of special features, it was built by the developer to be his own. It is approximately 3500 square feet and has 5 bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths, sleeps 15, and has approximately 1000 square feet of decks with a private hot tub. The Driveway is Level and the entrance into the house has no steps. Our home is just 20 minutes from all of the major ski resorts, including Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Sugar Bowl & Boreal Ridge. It backs up to an open space meadow with many trails including a trail that is a seven-minute walk to the Trout Creek Recreation Center with swimming pools, hot tubs, hot and dry saunas, a large gym, golf driving range, sledding park, playground, tennis, a New Clubhouse Restaurant, and much more.
It is just five minutes from Highway 80 and 30 minutes from the Reno Airport. Golf is a four-minute drive to either Tahoe Donner Golf Course, or Coyote Moon Golf Course. We have 5 Bdrms 4.5 Baths equaling 4 Masters made up of 2 Kings and 2 Queens. One of the Queen rooms is a walk through to kids attached Bdrm(s)combined with an entertainment room and a Very Fun & Brand New Air Hockey Table.
This is NOT a party house! The amount of people staying at the house should always be the maximum amount of people in the house. No smoking, No Pets, No exceptions.
Caution! In the Winter time if you cross over the trail behind the house there are icy ponds and streams under the snow. Please watch your children and stay on the trail!

Hi Pat & Joe ~ Just wanted to drop a note to you saying we had a WONDERFUL TIME staying in your home. The kids went nuts when they saw the room they were staying in...with the popular air hockey game...and the fact that it was *sans* parents. The named it the *game room*. We had a great time ...and pretty much right outside the door...which is what we did! We ended up making pretty much a luge (sp???) run down the left side of the house. We left a couple of snow toys there in the garage...an inner tube and a flexible boogie board. Ron, show snow boards, made a trail/track for the boys along side the open meadow area to let them get the hang of it...which we have photos of and will send to you. We had snpowball fights, there is a wonderful snowman built on your deck (your neighbors...quite delightful) really liked it, and the kids...as well as adults...had a blast going down our *luge* run. FYI...the inner tubes work better than the sleds because they bank better. The bear in the corner was adorable, but I kept thinking it was a kid standing there, so I finally had to turn it around to face the wall! At least that looked more natural!! We left ice in the freezer, and a few items in the fridge and cupboards. I'll send you photos as soon as we get them all together. We would love to do this again sometime...and maybe while there is still snow. Do you have any clue when the snow starts to really vanish?? Thank you again for allowing us a wonderful family opportunity. The kids will remember this forever as will the adults. It was more than memorable in SO many ways. As a result of this trip, we all have bonded in a very unique way. OH...and Jack had a very memorable 7th birthday, too! Thanks again...and I'll be in touch soon.
