Welcome to La Casita Bonita (meaning - beautiful house) in Tucson. This is an extremely clean and cute, two-bedroom plus a den, two-bath home nestled at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains of Northeast Tucson. The home is located on the seventh fairway of the prestigious Arizona National Golf Course (home to the University of Arizona golf teams) and in the gated, upscale community of Sabino Springs. This home has never been rented before and the furnishings are brand new! Even the pickiest will rave over the cleanliness and newness of this home. We even supply the little things like fresh decaf/caf coffees, trail mix, popcorn, laundry and dish detergents. We are not property managers, we want your visit to be special not a generic stay at a run down investment rental. No keys will be mailed as you will have your own specific coded entry box awaiting your arrival.

Having lived in the Sonoran Desert for nearly 30 years, we chose this residence as a vacation retreat that is a sweet respite in a busy world. This vacation home sets you in the heart of the foothills amidst desert wildlife, incredible sunsets, and world-class amenities. We have stocked the home with just about everything you need and would want during your stay. Our rustic decor, desert wildlife photography, and art heightens the whole desert experience. You are a short scenic drive to Sabino Canyon, Ventana Canyon, Mount Lemmon and Saguaro National Monument East.

Take a morning walk on the miles of private walking paths, sip coffee on your private patio and watch the hummingbirds and other wildlife, or play a round of golf on one of America's premiere golf courses. The floor plan of the home is perfect for two to four people and a maximum of six. The home was built in 2001 and is approximately 1400 square feet.

The basic layout is a two-bedroom, split floor plan. The master bedroom is appointed with a luxuriously firm, king-size bed, private bathroom, cable TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom is at the opposite end of the home and has a super comfy, pillow top, queen-size bed and private bathroom across the hall. Both rooms have generous walk-in closets. The den is perfect for catching up on a good book and includes a high grade, queen-size, foam, futon couch that is great for overnight guests or grandchildren.

The rustic armoire pictured holds a 27-inch Panasonic TV and DVD/CD/MP3 player. There is a small round table and four chairs in the kitchen area and a large formal dining table and six chairs in the dining area.

The home is stocked with soaps and shampoos, iron, blow dryer, all linens, two phones with answering machine, full-size washer and dryer, alarm clocks, gas barbecue grill, iron patio table and four chairs, small outdoor fire pit, outdoor water fountain, DVD movies, maps, binoculars, and much more. For those of you that bring children or grandchildren we have a brand-new high chair and play pen for your convenience.

You have complete access and are within a very short walk to the community fitness center, heated pool and spa, golf course, driving range, and practice facilities. There is also a gorgeous club house open for lunch and dinner inside or on the patio overlooking some of the best views in all of Tucson. Lastly we have compiled an area guide that consists of dining tips, special attractions, and best wildlife viewing areas and times.
