Bottom floor unit has three-bedroom. The master suite has a queen size bed and walk in closet and full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be turned into a King size bed. The third has bunk beds with a full and twin. It also has a pull-out queen sleeper in the living room. The second bath has a beautiful jacuzzi tub. The kitchen has everything you will need to relax and enjoy your vacation. There is a washer/dryer and trash compactor. The 180-degree, bay front, view looking out from the living/dining area is unbelievable.
Private garage for one car off the street. Bikes and beach chairs for your enjoyment. Outdoor gas BBQ and Heater/light on beach side patio.

Our beach house is in a great location because you have the water and the sand outside your door AND you can walk to great shopping and food. Disneyland and Knott's and Universal are close by as well as The Aquarium of the Pacific. But, if you just want to kick back and enjoy the view you can do that also.
