Reservations were a breeze and everyone at Quiet Pines was very helpful. Be aware that they charge half your total at time of reservation and the remainder a month before your check in date. There is also a substantial cleaning fee. Keys to the unit and parking passes come in the mail. Finding the lodge was a little difficult as signage is minimal in the Copper Mountain area but once we found the garage and drove in the elevator was right there with luggage carts waiting. The room itself was great with plenty of light and good space. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. The bedrooms were small but adequate. The mattresses were comfy but some good pillows( they were old and flat as pancakes) and quality linens wild have made it even better. The bathrooms both had a tub/shower combo and plenty of room. The shower nob in the master looked like it was about to fall off but still worked. The only other glitch was the light in the living area didn't work which was kind of annoying for late night tv watching or reading or just enjoying the living room. We did use the communal BBQ and hot tub outside. Both worked great although the hot tub was extremely hot and we went the only ones who thought so. It said not to go in if the temp was over 104 but there was no way to check. We also used the laundry facilities and the machines were plentiful and very clean. There is also on site single stream recycling which I appreciated. I was attending a yoga festival while my husband was with our son and it was great that they had a lot to do for kids I.e. bumper boats, zip line, trampolines, playgrounds, a river to walk along and play in or just throw rocks in, mini golf, hiking or just riding he chair lift for the views and bike rentals. Our son is 2 and he had a blast. Great experience in Copper Mountain.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
