Our one bedroom, Gulf-front condo Unit #2 is in Holiday Villas III located at 18610 Gulf Boulevard in Indian Shores, Florida on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Holiday Villas III is located between the cities of Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.
This cozy, beach level, one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condo sleeps four comfortably. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and private bathroom with a queen sleeping sofa in the living room. There are cable TV's located in the bedroom and living room with the DVD/VCR in the living room.
The spacious living area walks out to a covered patio facing the beach and also has a barbecue area close by. View this beautiful beach and Fabulous sunsets from the comfort of your own livingroom.
A private boat dock on the intercoastal waterway is available for your use at a nominal fee.
This unit is located next to our two bedroom condo and can be opened up to make a large three bedroom on the beach. Special rates will apply if both units are rented.
You will have one reserved parking space close to the condo entrance with additional parking available on a first come first serve basis.

High speed internet is now available through the onsite office.
