Enjoy our mountain retreat year round for adventure, relaxation, and play in beautiful Steamboat Springs! You will agree our condo is in immaculate condition and truly a home-away-from-home. Staying in our condo you are minutes away from the base of the ski slopes and have the option of hopping on the free shuttle or walking up Burgess Creek to the base of the Mountain. Just step out on to the balcony in the morning to look at the mountain and the fresh snow!
Our unit is on the second floor allowing for vaulted ceilings, with a heated one car garage on the first floor. It is tastefully decorated with updated fashions and furnishings. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and private baths. The third bedroom on the third floor has a bunk bed and a single bed. It has its own attached full bath.
The fully stocked kitchen has all new dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances - everything you will need to feed a group or family. There is a full-size washer and dryer on the main floor. Above the gas fireplace in the spacious living area there is a stereo and CD player in addition to the 32 inch TV with a DVD and VCR for watching movies or hook up your camcorder to watch family movies shot on the slopes earlier in the day. The two main floor bedrooms each have new 25 inch TV's. All three TV's are hooked up to cable. There is also WIFI available for your use. After a long day of play in the Colorado Mountains just step out from the main living area through the sliding glass door onto the deck where there is a gas grill and four chairs with a small side table for relaxing. The hot-tub is shared, but is located just a few steps from the front door.
We are confident you will love your time in Steamboat Springs, we try to get there as frequently as possible! Steamboat Springs has all the amenities expected in great Colorado resort towns, but it uniquely retains the feel of a smaller western Colorado ranching community.
