Three level condo with elevator access to all levels. Master bedroom with queen size bed, private bath with double sinks, granite counters and double headed walk in shower and balcony. Main level has upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops,a half bath, living room with flat screen direct tv, fire place and balcony. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the 2nd with Queen with patio access,a full bath with jetted walk in tub and shower, staked washer and dryer. It also has a patio with an umbrella table, and barbecue. Also beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella.
We also have 2 parking spaces in our underground garage.

About the owner: We absolutely love living in the shores. It is so convenient to walk everywhere and close to San Diego. We live in our condo from May through October and spend winters in our home in Palm Springs. My husband Bob lived in Hingham, MA and was a tax partner for Ernst & Young in Boston. I grew up in North Adams, MA, but actually lived in Placitas, New Mexico before I moved to La Jolla.
Why the Owner Chose La Jolla Shores:
I had lived in San Clemente, CA during the Vietnam war. I first saw La Jolla with my sister in 1970 and fell in love with the beautiful coastal paradise. It became a dream of mine to live here some day. It became a reality when my husband and I came looking for a vacation spot in 2000.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The weather is consistently mild here. Not too hot or too cold. To be able to walk out the door and be at the beach whenever we want is a wonderful treat. Also, our building was designed in such an open way. We have open air ramps instead of hallways to each unit. We can either use the stairs in our unit, or use the common elevator to access each level.
