This three bedroom luxury home looks onto the Jack Nicklaus designed Turtle Point Golf Course. It is in the exclusive Ocean Green section of Kiawah, beyond the second gate. Turtlecon offers a newly remodeled wide open floor plan, with an airy kitchen flowing into the dining area and living room, complete with fireplace.

Turtlecon boasts an ideal central location near golf, tennis, trails and Night Heron Park. The Community pool is right out the front door. Ten miles of pristine beach are a short walk or bike ride across the golf course.

Amenities: Turtlecon has three bedrooms, each with its own tiled bath and shower. A king bed is on the first floor, with three queen beds on the second floor. Verandas with rockers catch the ocean breezes, while the large deck is ideal for an evening BBQ. Large fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Fireplace.
