Come enjoy this fabulous new high-tech, luxurious home located right ON the BEACH! The views are more than spectacular; with panoramic views that cannot be matched! Enjoy sipping lemonade on multiple levels in the assortment of rockers and deck furniture.
Each floor has a washer and dryer and a kitchen (one is fully stocked and includes a gas cooking range and the other is an efficiency size in conjunction with a Tike bar and game room). The gas barbecue grill is located on the second level deck, just a few steps from the main kitchen and in full view of the sandy South Carolina beach.
Each floor also includes a TV area with surround sound. For the convenience of our elderly guests this home comes equipped with an elevator. There are four refrigerators: one in each kitchen, one in the bar, and one under the house on the ground floor.
Come bring your work if you must... We have five high speed internet connections and a dedicated computer work area with fax, copier, printer, scanner ready for you to utilize.
Also, on the ground level, enjoy the ocean view while relaxing in your hammock or playing a fun game of ping pong. Four of the five baths have jetted tubs. There is a full house audio sound system and a phone intercom system. Each of the six bedrooms has their own VCR/DVD satellite receiver for TV or radio.
There are two hot/cold private showers with changing rooms under the house on the ground floor.

I just spent 3 incredible days at Calypso. It's a magnificent home and the decor is fantastic. The beach is only a short walk away. It's clean and was not over populated. Everyone we met was very friendly, even the deer that roam free. They came right into the our backyard while we were were out there. Truly an amazing place. This was a mothers day excursion for my sis, elderly mom and I. Mom was able to enjoy the beach from the rocking chairs inside the home and the balcony. We did not explore the island due to our time limit sadly. We did eat at Gilligan's in Beaufort on our way home Sunday. It was great! Thanks to the property owners for a beautiful weekend!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
