That's right, we're booked full for summer and are now taking reservation in the Fall. Why not consider a vacation when the weather is perfect and the ocean is the warmest. And for only $795. Or, try a 3 to 4 day getaway for only $595/$495. Just pick your days starting or ending on a Saturday.

Our beach home offers all the amenities of most homes at an affordable price. It is beautifully furnished and has five bedrooms (one king, three queens and two bunks). One queen is a semi-master(half bath) queen with wet bar and one queen is a master that has an oversized jacuzzi tub as well as shower in the bathroom.

Ready to go to the beach? Load up our new golf cart and cruise to the ocean boardwalk without having to lug everything by hand in less than a minute. Or... Head to the association pool or tennis courts which is less than 100 feet away. And, if that’s not enough, you can have a half court game of basketball out on the concrete driveway.

Done for the day? Enjoy a cool drink and a beautiful sunset over Pamlico Sound in the six person hot tub There's not many places on the east coast you can see the sunset like this. Dinner at home? The screened porch off the kitchen is the perfect place to spend a leisurely meal with family and friends.

And best of all, how many other vacation homes have there own private movie theater. Choose from over 50 movies in our library or load one of your own. The theater, designed by Mini Theaters, Inc., offers seating for 12 in luxurious couches and recliners in a stadium setting with an 90 inch screen that's twice as big as conventional "Big Screen" TV's. And... Get shaken out of your seat by the explosions when the Butt Kicker's vibrate. That's right, the couches shake. We bet you won't want to go to the cinema after being in this theater. We don't!!

The most frequently asked question are what the total fees are besides the base rate. While we are the Owners and are happy to give you personalized information that others can't, we do use a local North Carolina agent to handle our reservations. This is important to you because they are there to sign you in, give you yor keys and provide any maintenance service quickly and effectively if you have a problem. Many VRBO's try to do this themselves, but not as well.

Through them, we have also eliminated most of the extra fees generally associated with Outer Banks Vacation Rentals. These include:

*NO Security Deposits - Savings of at least $200!
*NO Credit Card Fees - Savings of 3% or more!
*NO Accidental Damage Fee - Savings of at least $50!

The only added fees you will see is North Carolina tax which is 12% for everyone and a $90 reservation fee that includes cleaning, linens and beds made.

A 50% deposit is required with your reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
