A prestige development of only 10 luxury Condos on a clifftop at the heart of Sosua, inaugurated in Spring 2004. Set back from a quiet cul-de-sac, you enjoy the best of both worlds - peace and quiet, yet under five minutes stroll to the main beach, or the center of the bustling tourist center of Sosua village.

The Condos share a dramatic "pool with a view" and a jacuzzi in lawned gardens overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, as well as car parking at the rear of the building.There is 24 hour security and power back-up service. Maids come to clean daily, and change linen twice weekly.

The apartment itself is on the ground floor, and offers over 140 square meters of elegant vacation living. The main lounge area has dramatic ocean views to two sides, a dining table with four chairs, a sitting area with sofa, armchairs, and a home entertainment system with cd player, dvd player,cable television and DSL modem connection. Integrated into this space is a fully equipped kitchen with wrap-around granite top breakfast bar, large fridge-freezer, gas oven with stove and four burners, microwave, blender and watercooler.

The master bedroom has a king bed, full en-suite bathroom and dressing area, and its own cable TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, and uses the second bathroom accessed from the lounge area.

Both bedrooms and the main living room are cooled by air conditioners and ceiling fans, as well as the gentle tropical breezes.

The large covered terrace almost serves as an extra room, with rocking chairs and a table for those cool cocktails as you contemplate the sunset, the meaning of life, or the timing of your next visit to this magical corner of an amazing country.

Please note that all taxes and utilities at current levels are included for stays up to one month. For monthly rentals, electricity is charged extra. Readings are taken at check in and check out along with inventory control, and the value of consumption is deducted from the cautionary deposit held by managing agent.

  • my wife and i stayed here the 2nd week of february 2009. we both agreed that it was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. the pictures don't do it justice, it is a magnificent panorama that needs to be experienced first hand to be fully appreciated. we were so comfortable there, we didn't want to leave to do anything else. the patio was my favorite spot. coffee, and a good book, a dip in the pool, and a short walk to the beach and town, what else could you ask for? i would love to return here and highly recommend it. not one problem or negative thing to say. use jose for a taxi driver, he was awesome. marjorie (owner) is a pleasure to deal with.
