A spacious semi-detached bungalow, part of the well-established Tradewinds development in Sosua.

The international airports you need are either Puerto Plata ( POP) about 10 minutes drive away, or Santiago (STI) about 90 minutes drive away.

You are about 5 minutes walk off the main tourist street called Pedro Clisante, c10 minutes to the big Playero supermarket, and a couple of minutes further from the main beach.

The bungalow consists of large enclosed private porches front and back, ideal for alfresco breakfasts, or just curling up with a good book. The main room has a deep sofabed and 2 large matching armchairs, cable t.v., and a small stereo system for your entertainment.
An attractive breakfast bar with 2 stools separates the fully equipped kitchen area, which boasts a fridge-freezer, gas oven with 4 hobs, toaster and microwave.
The fully equipped bathroom has a large separate shower area.
In the bedroom, you will find a queen bed with bedside table, built-in wardrobes, a dresser and a bamboo frame sofa.
The bedroom and lounge each have a ceiling fan, and the bedroom can be further cooled by air-conditioning.

The rear terrace leads directly to the tropically lush communal gardens, and the swimming pool area.

Further communal facilities include 24 hour watchman service and back-up power generator, a token operated laundry room and onsite admin office.

Please note that rental rates include cleaning and linen, but not electricity. This is metered and charged separately in resort in accordance with previaling condo board tarifs.
