We spared no expense, hoping to create a fun and luxurious vacation home- a sand wedge from the beach! The home at 17 Jacana Road is located in North Forest Beach. Jenn-air appliances and furniture from designers such as Schnadig, Kessler, Hooker and Broyhill are a few more amenities to enhance your stay.
The first floor offers an inviting open floor plan-large family room with queen sleeper, two twin sleeper chairs, wide plank floors, brick fireplace, big screen TV, VCR, and DVD. The custom kitchen with breakfast bar and granite counters overlooks the dining room, kitchenette and living room. Plus a laundry room and half bath which opens to the pool and living area.
The second floor living area boasts three twin sleeper chairs, brick fireplace, big screen TV, DVD, VCR, Playstation 2, poker table, bumper pool, checkers and an air hockey table. A kitchenette with a second microwave and dishwasher as well as another half bath and 2nd laundry room are located off to the side.
You can live like Tommy Bahama in total comfort in the six tropical bedrooms, all with sleigh beds or poster beds and pillowtop mattresses. All bedrooms have their own full bath (three with whirlpools),TV, DVD, VCR. First floor - Large master with two queen sleigh beds, queen sleeper and whirlpool. King sleigh bed with French doors to pool. Second floor - Huge master with king poster bed, sofa and whirlpool. King sleigh bed and whirlpool. Queen sleigh bed. Two full poster beds.
Enjoy our large 28 by 14 foot pool with seven person hot tub and waterfall (heated upon request and for an additional cost). Large wood deck with gas grill,mosaic table,sling back chairs and bar. There is an outdoor shower to hose off after the beach and the four car garage has an elevator to load your suitcases and yourself for the ride to your room.
For your convenience there are boogie boards,sandtoys, a cooler and a wagon to transport them. A high chair and crib/playpen are also at your disposal.
Popular Coligny plaza with shopping, restaurants and mini golf is a short stroll or bike ride away. The nicest beach on Hilton Head is a few yards away and just far enough from the hotel area to be quiet and peaceful... Location, comfort, bliss...
Golf privileges! On-site property supervisor is a golf pro and can arrange tee times at private clubs for the guest fee.
