** We don’t charge any fees except tax and cleaning--a benefit of working directly with an owner. You aren’t paying the middle-man. We allow guests to stay less than most places but please keep in mind: If your dates leave a 1 or 2 day gap in my calendar before or after your visit, it makes those dates unrentable. We do not like this (its like giving away two free nights to get you into my unit), and it's why most owners rent by the week. I will most likely decline your dates if they cause unrentable gaps in my calendar. (Sorry in advance, but it's just business and its how we are able to keep our rates so low is to rent every night.) A 3 night gap between dates already booked is acceptable.
Unit renovation complete 1/3/14! Beautiful 16 x 16 tiles through out the unit complete with new baseboards. The unit has been repainted. Kitchen upgrages include a new smooth cook top stove, over the stove microwave and dishwasher. New bathroom vanity with marble top in the bathroom.
Located in Old Seagrove Beach less than a mile from the Seaside Amphitheater this quiet fully furnished studio is all you need when making your trip to the beach. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals in to avoid the crowds or if you prefer to pamper yourself while on vacation with no cooking, the restaurants and activities in Seaside and Seagrove are just a short walk or bike ride away. There is a 46' flat screen tv with a DVD player and WiFi.
Located on the second floor of a two floor complex. Check out the water every day before going to the beach with a peek-a-boo view of the gulf from the balcony. There is a walk way underneath so you will have no one over your head or underneath you leaving this condo quiet and very relaxing. There is a regular queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper comfortably sleeping 4. The complex pool is located below and slightly right of the unit balcony which faces the pool. The pool also has a club house with showers and restrooms so you don’t have to go back to the unit for a quick pit stop. The property features 4 community charcoal grills in the courtyard and coin operated washer and dryers are available in the laundry area at the back of the club house. Parking is in front of the unit.
Public beach access is only steps away and is conveniently located on the west end front side of this building so there are no worries of how or where you will be able to reach the beach making the beach a 100 yard walk.
Convenience for your vacation is what it’s all about! The Tom Thumb is two blocks away where you can get any beverage you like and they have freshly made biscuits for breakfast, sandwiches, chicken or pizzas for lunch and dinner. There is also a Subway and Bruno’s pizza one short block away. If you need it you can get it without ever getting in your car. If you want to make a regular grocery store trip, Publix is about a 1 ½ mile drive and located on Hwy 395.
If dining out for great seafood is what you want to make your beach trip complete, some of the area restaurants in walking or biking distance are: The Seagrove Market, 732 Whiskey Bravo, Café 30A, Great Southern, Bud and Allies, and the V. Bike rental is ½ block east of the complex and there are bike racks under the unit to store your rentals during your stay.
Rates are accurate and are posted on the rates tab and are absolutely firm. Our calendar is up to date once we receive payment for the rental so there is about a week lag time from the time we pencil a reservation in on our paper calendar until we receive the check and mark it off the VRBO calendar. We are owner operated and make every effort for your beach stay to be a wonderful and relaxing trip to the beach. Almost all of our rentals are done via email. We typically do not rent via phone calls so we request that you complete an inquiry with check-in and check-out dates, number of adult and children and a phone number where we can reach you if we need to. Feel free to write us notes in the comment section so we will know if you have any specific questions or needs and will answer them in our reply email. We will get back with you by email within a few hours and start the rental process.
We do no accept rentals that are given as gifts to someone else which means the person making the reservation must be the person staying in the unit.
Tax and Cleaning fee are included in the weekly rate. The weekly rate IS THE OUT THE DOOR price so if you use the VRBO quote it will be wrong as it is only accurate for nightly rates. Nightly and Monthly rates need to add $70 cleaning fee and 12% tax. Rate is based on 2 person occupancy. There is an addition $25 linen fee for rentals over 2 persons.
