Why the Owner Chose Mashpee
This area of Cape Cod is accessible to all the obvious activities but is quiet and relaxing.
The Unique Benefits at this Home
Tree House is a comfortable, cozy family home. Many of our visitors consist of multiple generations of a family, or two families with kids who enjoy each other's company.
Owner's Map of Mashpee
My family has spent summers on Santuit Pond since the 1960's, and we share many significant memories there. Five years ago my husband and I decided that we wanted our own piece of the Pond, a house that we could both use for our own family's vacations and rent out so others could experience the peaceful environment of the Upper Cape. We spend several summer weeks here ourselves, as well as other short visits, and enjoy sharing time with extended family and friends in the area.

Our stay was quite pleasant. Because of the extreme cold of January, we were able to "walk on water" (err. . . SOLID water), and enjoy the lake from a notably new perspective. Though we would love to make another attempt at walking across the lake in summer, we have concluded that our efforts may result in extreme wetness.

We had an absolutely FANTASTIC time. The kitchen got rave reviews from the cook, and we had a blast in the rest of the house, too:) Thank you so much for letting us stay here--we DEFINITELY want to come back next year when it's warm enough to swim & hang out on the porch. We were glad to wake up to the 1st winter snow, though.

Wonderful house, perfect for our 2 families. The children loved the lake, ducks, & foosball too. Thanks for all the special welcoming touches. I had a lot of fun here: good times! It was so cool! The ducks at the pond like bread! -- James :)

Thanks again for another enjoyable week. The improvements are wonderful. The open area allows for more personal interaction for larger groups, which we are. And again, the location is beautiful, the amenities functional, and the room spacious enough for all of us to move about efficiently, plan effectively, and reach a variety of points of interest. Thank you for providing for a wonderful stay.
