House from Street (plenty of parking) - Ensenada, Baja California Norte, Mexico - Vacation Rentals - Don't even think of staying in a hotel! I have highly discounted this gorgeous oceanfront property this year to encourage rental in our Gate Guarded Community of Punta Estero in the sleepy town of Punta Banda. The community is made up primarily of retired Americans in an out of the way area near La Buffadora on the Punta Banda Peninsula. I am now charging $1,000 per week which is a $500 discount. Gas is $2.50 in Mexico so fill up and enjoy. Don't let the media scare you. It is a safe journey on a super highway from San Diego to Ensenada. This oceanfront villa is located just 90 miles from the San Diego border on the south side of Ensenada in a 24/7 patrolled gate-guarded community. The house is surrounded by water with the ocean out the back and a lagoon in the front, providing a gorgeous 360 degree water view. The beach, just a step off the back patio, is clean, soft and friendly for children. This is a delightful place for a family vacation. The ambiance, pristine beauty, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets make this a great romantic getaway for couples or honeymooners. The master suite is privately located in the rear of the home with a panoramic ocean view and walkout sliding glass door to patio. The two other bedrooms are located in front with a lagoon view. This home and area on the Punta Banda Peninsula is breathtaking and serene. Located just ten minutes from La Buffadora, "The Blow Hole," the vistas are beyond description, as you wind up to the top and end of the peninsula where La Buffadora puts on her show. There is shopping and dining there. Downtown Ensenada is just 20 minutes away around the horn. This wonderful port city caters to tourists and includes very nice restaurants, bars, shopping, theaters and a full range of activities. Catering for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or other special occasions can be provided in the home with advanced notice. So give yourself the vacation of a lifetime and come visit us. Each season has its particular charm making this an all year getaway. Pets Allowed (with permission of owner only).
