1. Was the house cleaned to your satisfaction when you arrived? Also, was the hot tub spotless? Please let us know of any issues. If you were happy, please indicate that as well. Our cleaning staff will be happy to know. The house was spotless - kitchen, bathrooms etc. I immediately relaxed, knowing we had a "good" house. 2. Can you please let us know what you particularly liked about the property and your stay? Also, please let us know if it is not ok to post your comments to the guestbook attached to our internet site. When we saw the backyard with the tables, umbrellas and all the chairs - I knew we could all "fit" and enjoy our meals together. It was always cool in the back with the afternoon breezes and we enjoyed every minute together. Appreciated having the 2nd refrigerator in the garage for wine/beer/soda - also the 2nd dryer made the laundry job flow more easily. The bedroom/bathroom set-up worked well - no "lines" - and the whole family enjoyed the dorm room, especially the teenagers.. A wonderful house for our reunion and being in Dollar Point was especially great for walks, the pool, the beach and the quiet. Please feel free to use my comments on your web site - or as a referral - it was a very enjoyable experience working with you and the house was everything (and more) that you said it was on your listing. I would rate our overall experience very positively. I especially liked the easy internet access and great directions about how to use everything. The house was nicely furnished without being too "precious" so we weren't overly worried about the kids wrecking some priceless antique. Loved the hot tub and the fact that you allow pets. Our toy poodle had a great time surveying the domain from the high snow drifts in the back yard. The kids loved the rumpus room upstairs. Location was great, beds were comfortable. This was a great property for two families because there was enough room for everyone to spread out. I would rent it again, and felt it was a good value. I wanted to thank you very much (a little belatedly) for being able to rent your place over superbowl weekend- we had a blast. The house is really well set up - even better than the way I imagined it and the way it was described on the website.
