We have just listed our property on VRBO so I can't relay our newer guests remarks but we have rented our place out for 6-7 years and received high praises from our renters. We also have many repeat visitors. Tahoe Tavern is a very special condominium complex, close to the lake and all the entertaining excitement nearby. From Tahoe City shops and restaurants to the casinos not too far and the ski resorts just minutes away there is something for everybody.

About the owner: We are sisters Jo Danehy and Liz Mosher. Our husbands, Roy and Steve are not pictured here. We co-own the condo and share it with each others families.
Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Tavern:
We all love the West and North Shore of Tahoe the best. From our condo you are central and can go enjoy the West Shore, North Shore and Truckee. Liz and Jo spent time at Tahoe Tavern in their teen years when their parents used to rent there. It is nostalgic to many and is a classic/historical Tahoe place. The location is fantastic. You can walk from the condo into town to dine or shop. It is on the lake side and the complex sits right at the waters edge. The grounds at the Tavern are delightful too, well maintained with expansive rolling lawns, old growth pines and firs. There are 5 tennis courts with a pro on site in the summer. You are within minutes of 5 top ski resorts. And some of Tahoe's finest dining establishments. The setting with the large pool overlooking the lake and the large pier is unbeatable.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our unit has a fully fenced in back yard with a deck, patio and small lawn. Unit has many upgrades. Hardwood floors in entry and kitchen, new kitchen counters and appliances. Fresh paint in designer colors and newly stained wood give unit a 'cabin' feel. Walking distance from: Granlibaken, Sunnyside, Tahoe City, Truckee River Park, Fanny Bridge, The Tahoe House, The Bridgetender, The River Grill, Cristy Hill, Wolfdahl's, Jakes, Fireside cafe. Across the street from Tahoe Tree Company. Public Transit stops in front. The pier is one of the largest in the lake. There are a two small beaches, at the pier and at the north end of the property. The pool and tennis courts are in unbeatable settings.
