Enjoy your Florida vacation even more and stay at Mimosa on Terra Verde Resort and Spa. The villa accommodates 14 and offers two king en-suite, one queen en-suite, one twin with bunk beds en-suite and two further twins sharing a fifth full bathroom. One master suite is downstairs all other bedrooms are upstairs. All bedrooms have cable TV.

The vaulted family room with gallery is equipped with a Cable TV, DVD player CD player and X-Box. Take advantage of our computer workstation with high speed wireless internet. Or bring your own laptop.

There is an informal eating area in the fully equipped kitchen and a second dining area off the more formal living room. The villa has been beautifully decorated by a Florida interior designer.

The games room provides a pool table and foosball table. We have supplied a selection of board games, reading material, X-Box games, toys for younger children and a selection of toys for use in the private, heated, fully screened pool.

All linen and towels are supplied as are two cots (plus bedding), high chair and stroller.

Terra Verde is a prestigious new resort in the heart of Florida. It is a magnificently landscaped , master planned gated community which serves as an excellent base for all the fun Orlando has to offer. Terra Verde is a 'private island' distanced from the bustle of area theme parks, yet only fifteen minutes drive to the gates of Disney. Club and concierge facilities will be extended to you as a guest at Mimosa. Facilities include; Tikki Bar, a half basket ball court, outdoor heated pool, volleyball court, children's playground, stocked fishing lake, cyber cafe, spa treatment centre, fitness room and large meeting room, available for private parties.

  • My family and I spent a wonderful X-mas holiday at Villa Mimosa approximately 3 to 4 years ago. We absolutely loved the home, beautifully furnished and the home appealed to both the big kids (adults)and the younger children. We definately plan on visiting the home again on our next holiday in Florida.

  • Three families stayed in this lovely villa from 14th October-28th October. It had everthing we needed. With exploring the different parks everyday, the pool and the villa were a welcome site at the end of such tiring days. The kids loved the pool and the games room and there was plenty space for us all to relax. we never saw any racoons, but a couple of days our bins had been knocked over. Overall we had an excellent stay and would recommend this villa to all our friends. We would stay here again. Graves, Dryden and Walton families.

  • Wonderful home. We must say it was home away from home. Everything close by and driving to and from no problems. Racoons gave us a show, but the kids like it. Next vacation to the Orlando Area I would not think twice on renting this beatiful home. Problems call the management team and there on it. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.
