Enjoy a beautiful condominium located on Deer Valley Drive at the entrance to Deer Valley and within a short walking distance to Park City’s historic Main Street with its many shops, clubs, and over 100 restaurants.
Greyhawk Unit #3 was built in 1997 and has cozy interiors with rustic accents and a fireplace. It is equipped with a washer and dryer and a private outdoor hot tub. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a full bath with a jetted tub, a TV with a VCR, and a CD player. From the master bedroom a glass door leads to a patio with the private hot tub.
The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a full bath with a jetted tub, and a TV with a VCR. The living room includes a gas fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, a powder room, and a TV with a DVD player and a small stereo/CD player.
From the living room a glass door leads to a deck with a view of the mountains (you can see the top of some of the ski runs in both Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resorts). The smoke-free unit comes fully equipped with settings and utensils for six people including pots, pans, a microwave, coffee maker, can opener, etc. The dining area includes a table with six chairs.

The location of this complex made our trip easy -- it is close to town and on the shuttle route which will take you to three different ski resorts around the Park City area. This unit is nicely decorated and is very comfortable. It's a great value and I would highly recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We have had a great time skiing in Park City over the years, and we know that you will, too! Park City has some of the world's best skiing, and you will enjoy the historic downtown area as well -- over 100 restaurants, shops, museums, and theaters, and bars. About the owner: Although we have always lived in the southeast (where it snows about once every 7 years -- and only for a few days!), my husband and I started snow skiing about 22 years ago. At first we went to the eastern ski resorts because they were closer to our home. About 18 years ago we decided to go out west to a ski resort in Colorado (of course, once you have experienced the snow out west you can't go back to the east!). Since then we have skied many places in the west, but when we skied Deer Valley we were hooked on Park City. It's not just the skiing that we loved so much about Park City (it's true that Utah has some of the best skiing because of the texture of the snow -- it's like skiing on powder). It's the town experience as well. Park City has a perfect mixture of laid-back western and hollywood glitz. Also, it's a real town -- not just a ski resort -- and the people are friendly and laid back. You might know Park City as the main location of the United States' largest independent film festival, the Sundance Film Festival. From from time to time you may run into some hollywood celebrities there. But you may not know that it is also the home of the United States Ski Team and the training center for members of the Australian Freestyle Ski Team. For shopping enthusiasts, Park City has several great boutiques located on Main Street, and a few miles down the road is the largest collection of factory outlet stores in northern Utah. The downtown area, where you will find many boutiques, galleries, restaurants, clubs and bars, is within walking distance of our condo. Close to Park City are reservoirs (for boating and water skiing in the summertime) and hot springs. Of course, there are miles and miles of forests, hiking trails, and fantastic biking trails all in and around the Park City area. And as far as the skiing goes -- you can't beat the beauty and service at Deer Valley. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
Why the Owner Chose Greyhawk:
It is not surprising to us that Forbes Traveler Magazine named Park City one of the 20 prettiest town in the U.S. in 2008. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, it's the perfect town for you. And you can't beat our location in Park City. While it is not a ski-in, ski-out condo, it is centrally located -- within walking distance to Main Street Park City with all of its shops, galleries, restaurants, clubs and bars, and only 1/2 mile from the ticket booth at Deer Valley ski resort. And the free shuttle picks you up right in front of our complex and will take you to your choice of three ski resorts in the area: Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, or the Canyons (Park City's newest ski resort which is located only about 5 miles from our condo). Choosing Park City was easy for us -- it has everything that we were looking for -- a great town, three fabulous ski resorts all within 5 minutes from our condo (and several more within a 40-minute drive from Park City), lots of outdoor activities and incredible scenery all around. As far as the skiing goes -- you can't beat the beauty and service at Deer Valley -- they make the whole skiing experience more enjoyable. So after trying many different ski resorts across the U.S., we decided that it was Park City that we loved best and decided to buy a condo there in 2003 so that our whole family could enjoy it. We hope you love it there as much as we do.
