Only 100 feet from the beach! Amazing ocean views from all levels add to the beauty of this newly renovated beach home with elevator to all levels. There is an incredible outdoor living area with a large screened porch which includes a summer kitchen, fireplace and cabana bath. It adjoins a spacious ocean view pool deck where your family and friends will delight in spending time by the beach. The heated Pool and Jacuzzi boast wonderful ocean views as you relax in the sea breeze. Bedding consists of 4 Kings, 1 Queen 2 Twins, 3 Queen Sleeper Sofas, and a day bed.

This amazing vacation home has a spacious, open floor plan with an eat-in kitchen and dining seating for 16. Three bedrooms, consisting of 1 Wheelchair friendly King with private entrance, 1 Queen bed with ocean view balcony and 2 Twin beds are on the first living level. All bedrooms have private baths. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area.

The second living level is where you will find a phenomenal Master Bedroom Suite, with a private balcony and inspiring ocean views mini bar, sleeper sofa, garden tub and separate shower. This is an extra living area in itself, with fantastic tray ceilings. The additional bedrooms include a King with private balcony and awesome ocean views, and a sleeper sofa; and another King. There is also a loft area for reading or playing games (bring your Wii or X-Box for a rainy day) with a day bed.
