There is a large screened in patio adjoining a spacious ocean view pool deck where your family and friends will delight in spending time by the beach. The heated Pool and Jacuzzi boast wonderful ocean views as you relax in the sea breeze. Bedding consists of 3 King, 2 Queen 2 Twin and 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas.
This amazing vacation home has a spacious, open floor plan with an eat-in kitchen. Two bedrooms, consisting of 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds are on the first living level. All bedrooms have private baths.
The second living level is where you will find a phenomenal Master Bedroom Suite, with wet bar, garden tub and separate shower. This is an extra living area in itself, with fantastic tray ceilings. The additional bedrooms include two with King size beds, and one with an additional queen sleeper sofa for the children.

Dawn, My husband Ward and I stayed at 31 Mallard last week with the Sharpe's and others and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish it could've been a wee bit warmer, but still had a great time. We are hoping to come back the week of June 17th - 24th and I am curious about this property being available. Any chance it is available?? Becky Molitor

Wanted to let you know what a wonderful vacation we had last week. The grandchildren cried when it was time to leave. They fell in love with everything. When asked what his favorite activity was on his vacation, our eldest grandson said, "fishing on Lake Joe". The home was truly beautiful.
