Cul-de-sac attached home with a wall of picture windows. Just above the Canoa Hills Golf Club 15th fairway. There is a solar heated lap pool with power jets in a sunny (South facing) patio area with patio furniture and a propane BBQ. Wonderful for entertaining days or evenings.
It is a quiet 1600 square foot home designed for comfort with two large bedrooms for separation/privacy of guests at the opposite end of the home. There two full (tub/shower) bright skylighted bathrooms. The master bedroom has a california king size bed, large skylighted walk-in closet, color cable TV/DVD, ceiling fan and opens to the private pool/paver patio area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with color cable TV, ceiling fan and has a glass slider which opens to the front courtyard.
There is a huge picture window wall, bright living/dining room with panoramic views that include a warm gas burning corner fireplace, 46" HD sony flat screen wall TV and HD DVD, formal dining area for six, and a quiet separate office w/broadband pc/printer/copier/scanner and phone fax area. The kitchen with sunny mountain views and skylight is complete for entertaining cooking with microwave, dishwasher and seating for four. This is a complete kitchen.
There is an inside laundry closet with washer and dryer. Although, there is a double garage, the home owner has a stored car in one space. So there is only a one car space available.
Ideal weather. The Green Valley (Tucson Area) for the most part is considered a 55 plus retirement community. For additional information go to the Green Valley website link. Age restricted - one guest must be 55 plus.

I have a home in Squaw Valley, CA (Lake Tahoe,CA area) I am 68 years old and still enjoy winters snow skiing. I do enjoy my home/time in AZ with it's golfing, tennis, swimming, hiking, etc. It is a wonderful contrast to my winter home in Squaw Valley.
Why the Owner Chose Green Valley Resort Homes
This is a second home for me that at some point I plan to live full time. I rent now with ease from Nov. to May each year. The balance of the year (May - Nov.) is the period I spend at my home when not committed to rental. I enjoy the outdoor activities of golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis, etc during the sunny days in AZ.

Location.... Location.... Location. My home is ideally located for wonderful full Santa Rita Mountain views with the wall of picture windows. It is a peaceful view that never gets tiresome. The patio facing south for sunny days, BBQ'ing and a heated jet lap pool offers a great entertaining area. It is blocks from the Rec Center and just minutes to 9 golf courses. It is above a golf fairway and on a cul-de-sac for quite enjoyment. There is a full office area with pc (high speed internet), printer/scanner and fax. Added is a 46" HD cable wall mounted Sony TV with HD DVD for movie viewing.

An astounding view of the mountains!

This is not just another townhouse, but an end unit that sets two stories high above the 15th hole of the Canoa Golf Course with its living and dining rooms offering a “drop dead” view of the Madera Canyon in the Santa Rita Mountains! There might be a better view in Green Valley but we have not seen it yet. All of this viewed in comfort of a warming fireplace to take the chill off the morning, a splash in the lap pool after golf and a 46 inch TV to keep you connected to the world. Nice extra bedroom and bath for when the “kids” come and located close to two recreation centers and a gas station store. Owner is very responsive to any need you may have. We have rented it for several months the past several years and hope to continue as long as health permits. What’s not to like?!
