Our home is part of the Pebble Beach Circle community which includes a shared pool and tennis court. Our sun/Florida room backs up to the Gamble Rogers State Park. A great place to rent kayaks. We are between the ocean and the Intercostal Waterway (Halifax River). The beach is a short walk to our private deck right on the ocean owned by our homeowners association. Great place for friends to view sunsets and enjoy refreshments! We're 3 miles south of downtown and the pier.
Flagler Beach is almost a throw back to the 1950s, a laid-back community with their own pier for fishing, and lots of good restaurants. We are 90 minutes northeast of Orlando and Disney World and 35 miles south of historic Saint Augustine. For golfers, you have the LPGA courses in Daytona Beach and Halifax Plantation Golf Club and others within minutes.

We love the convenience of Orlando, Daytona Beach and St. Augustine as well as Palm Coast. We're close to NASCAR events, Motorcycle events and best of all about 100 yards from the beach.

Basically no condo's or homes in our area actually own their own beach property. Our HOA owns our own acre with our own large deck for relaxing. Very Private. Seldom can you walk of of a home and have a tennis court and large pool within 30 yards with it's own bath rooms and shower.

We have only owned our Flagler Beach property but a short time, but every time we spend time at our home there and in the community, we come away very relaxed and refreshed. Our home is very well equiped and the pool and tennis courts on the property are for your use as well. The home owners association owns our own beach front property to the right of the last rental unit on AIA. We have our own deck for resting or sitting on to watch the sunsets. My wife and I are with Wycliffe Bible Translators and you will see many of the items we have brought back from our travels around the world in our home. We trust you to will want to come back soon.
