SKI-IN...SKI-OUT...."Moose Stop" is surrounded by trees, and shaded in the afternoon sun, making the large deck and secluded hot tub relaxing getaways. Union Pass lift is just 80 yards walk from the house.The front door opens to an entryway that extends on the left to the den. This den has 2 sofas, TV and DVD, lots of windows, and access to the side deck. The lower deck steps lead up to an eight-person Jacuzzi. Within the entry is another full bathroom, which has a double walk-in shower.
The entry also opens to the ground-floor bedrooms. The first room has a queen-size bed, full bathroom, complete with a shower/tub and double vanity. The second bedroom features two adult-sized bunk sets, (great mattresses)and shares the hall bathroom. Bedroom three has two twins, shares the huge hall bathroom, and has a TV. There is a fourth bedroom with TV on this level that has twins which can be converted to a king, and an adjacent brand new bathroom. There is a separate laundry area and a large walk-in ski/coat closet which has an extra refrigerator.
The master bedroom suite, to the left of the top of the stairs, has king-size bed, TV, high ceilings, and private bath with shower and double vanity. Sleeping in this well-appointed room with a view is like sleeping in the treetops. At the top of the stairs is a half bath that accommodates the living room. To the right of the stairs is the dining table, which seats ten/twelve. The kitchen, which is very well appointed with a Sub Zero refrigerator, ceramic cook top range, dishwasher, and cedar floor is adjacent to the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, glassware, dishes, and extra decorative dining pieces to complete your table. The house is also equipped with high speed wireless internet access.
A breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the living room. In the living room there is a full stereo system, large TV and DVD. The rock fireplace accents the high ceilings, spaciousness, and many windows of this room. An upstairs deck is accessible from the living room. This large deck has a built-in bench running the perimeter, and includes 2 large tables and chairs a gas grill. It's a perfect spot for a mountain wedding or cocktails at sunset. Watch the wildlife from the den window. Usually you can spot a moose or two.
Ski-in, ski-out location, high speed wireless internet connection and the fine details in decorating make this house a special rental in Teton Village. This house has a touch of class. Not your ordinary rental.
Added Attractions
The rodeo in the town of Jackson is great fun and shopping is terrific. Lots of fine art galleries, clothing, sporting goods and unique gifts. The Jackson Hole Hat Company is a famous cowboy hat store where they will custom make a hat for you. If you have children with you go to one of the little theaters and see a musical.
In winter the sleigh ride through he elk refuge is fascinating and the Wild Life Museum is really worth a trip. Of course there is snow mobiling in Yellowstone or Togetee,cross country skiing, dog sledding and a day trip to Targhee for exquisite powder is great fun. The ride through the Teton pass is spectacular. A summer float down the Snake is unforgettable. The house is a two minute ride from Teton National Park, the gateway to Yellowstone. Come have a most memorable vacation at beautiful Moose Stop, the perfect accommodations for the hard-core skiers or a family reunion.
We require one half to reserve the house and the balance and a $300 demage deposit is due 40 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made at least 40 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged $75.00 Cancellations made within 40 days of the scheduled date will forfeit all deposits unless we can rent the house.
