You will feel right at home in this clean, brand new condo, beautifully furnished, one-level unit (non-smoking). It is located in a quiet complex on the Lake and bike path, just a short walk to Frisco's Main Street with both lake and mountain views. Walk to all the wonderful amenities of Frisco including restaurants and shops. Lake Dillon's Frisco Marina is also just a few blocks away.
Its great central location is only ten minutes drive to the ski areas of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. The Silverthorne Outlet Malls are also only a couple of miles away for the shoppers. The free Summit Stage (bus service) has a stop two blocks away for those times you don't want the hassle of driving.
If you enjoy biking, hiking, or running the trail is outside our condo door. Bike to breakfast in one of the adjoining towns. You can also enjoy many, beautiful hiking trails nearby or just sit by the tranquil lake in our gazebo or two hot tubs just feet from your doorstep.
Bring your swimwear to use one of our two hot tubs with incredible mountain and lake views. Remember summer lake activities like sailing, pontoon boats, kayaking or just sunsets at the marina.
There is a washer & dryer in the unit. We have also supplied a computer with high speed internet access and wireless connectivity for your laptop.

The layout of the condo is great for two couples and two kids. The furnishings and appliances are top notch and we enjoyed the hot tub daily. I was really spoiled by the heated parking as well. The washer/dryer and wirless were very convenient and the flat panel TVs were a hit for the bowl games.

George and Dena, This was absolutley the best ski trip my family have ever been on,and we have been on quite a few. Your condo was so much more then we expected. The fireplace was so charming and warming,hot tub very relaxing and all the little things like fresh coffee beans and the list just goes on and on. My grown children thought it was fabulous and we all had a wonderful Christmas Eve opening presents in front of the fireplace. Clean as a whistle with silky smooth sheets and big fluffy towels! George & Dena, Thanks to both of you for the use of your Frisco condo. It was a great location for us in town and so near Copper Mountain. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and convenient laundry. Copper is a fantastic place (We think we can judge it since we've skiied various places for 35 years). We would like to welcome you to our mountain retreat. If you have not confirmed your reservation with us let me take a moment to describe our condo. We have recently completed a total rennovation to include a new kitchen, new furniture, new bedding, fireplace and many other upgrades that make our place a comfortable two bedroom retreat in the mountains. We are sure you find our condo a pleasant very well located retreat in the heart of Main Street, Frisco Colorado. Three major ski areas are just minutes away, the bike and running trail in one block away, and the amenities of Main Street is also just one block away.
