Family Friendly 4 bedroom townhome in the Ocean Park neighborhood of Santa Monica. This home offers a two level, open layout, with 3 bedrooms upstairs including the master bedroom with an en suite full bath, and a second full bath accessible to the other two bedrooms. The upstairs is fully carpeted with “Flor” carpeting. The master bedroom also includes a walk-out deck with peek-a-boo views of the ocean and amazing sunset views entering the master bedroom. Because of the ocean facing direction, there are consistent ocean breezes that keep the place cool all summer long. The upstairs bathrooms have skylights which provide plenty of natural light, and the master bedroom has vaulted ceilings which give the room a very spacious perception.
The downstairs includes the entry way, spacious living room and dining room with an updated kitchen and a back bedroom that has a private fenced patio that can be used for hosting small outdoor dinner parties, grilling, or a play area for kids. The kitchen is updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and maple finishings. The downstairs is all maple hardwood flooring, except the back bedroom which is also “Flor” carpeting. The Kitchen, Bathroom, and entry way flooring is stone-finished porcelain tiles. Downstairs also includes crown molding, a walkout front patio, as well as a half bath/powder room.

- Located in the southwest corner of Santa Monica is the Ocean Park neighborhood. This neighborhood has a mix of older smaller homes, apartment buildings, large homes near the beach and condos. Several condo towers are located along the beach. The area has a beachy, artsy feel similar in manner to its neighbor Venice Beach, although much cleaner, safer and upscale. Many people choose to live in this Santa Monica neighborhood because of the more convenient and walkable access to the beach compared to the northern neighborhoods. This is due to the fact that the California incline (tall bluffs) are not present here and the many parks that border the beach area. Great stay in Santa Monica
We had a wonderful stay in Santa Monica. The location of the house is quite convenient. It is within walking distance to many attractions including playgrounds, the beach, restaurants, shopping, Santa Monica pier, etc. The property was a great size for our family of 7, clean, and comfortable. The owners provided many necessities, which was very helpful - toiletries, clean linens and towels, paper towels, tissues, cleaning supplies, pots, pans, etc. Dan was very helpful in answering questions prior to our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great Family Experience
The property was as advertised including (most importantly for us) its proximity to the beach: 5 blocks to sand. The floor plan offered plenty of room for my wife and I plus two teens and it was relatively quiet. Neighbors were pleasant and friendly as was the manager who I met on the third day. Parking was especially nice as it was gated and safe beneath the building. It was a very healthy hike to get to Santa Monica pier and most of the time we drove if this was our destination. The promenade downtown was a surprise which we didn't expect and was a great way to walk off dinner. We have discussed it and will certainly return to this property if our destination is Santa Monica.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The home is conveniently located steps Main Street Santa Monica as well as extremely easy bike and walking access to the beach. You can even hear the waves crashing from the master bedroom during a large swell. Main Street is 600 feet from this home. The beach is 1800 feet, Abbot Kinney Shopping is ¾ of a mile away. Downtown Santa Monica with the world famous Pier and 3rd street promenade is 1.5 miles away, which is very walkable, and bike friendly. Main street is has many boutique cafes, shops, and restaurants ranging from small family owned Italian cafes such as Amelias, to Wolfgang Pucks very first restaurant, Chinois on Main. It is not hard to find an amazing restaurant to walk to on a beautiful summer evening. This area is also dense with parks, especially for children. There are at least five kid friendly parks within a half mile of this home.
