This first floor unit is elevated, giving it increased privacy, and an extended outlook of the beautiful lagoon. The Master Bedroom Suite, Living Room and Dining Room all have access to the large screened porch, with all of these rooms overlooking the lagoon.
The villa is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully operational and includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, a microwave and many conveniences of home. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer for the convenience of our guests.
The villa is within easy walking distance of the Sanctuary hotel, Turtle Point Golf Course and the East Beach Tennis Club. You can walk, bike or drive to the beach and Night Heron Park.
