This is a large condominium that is right on the slopes of Donner Ski Ranch and just across the road to the Mt. Judah entrance to Sugar Bowl. It's only 5 minutes from the condo to the ski hill, and 15 minutes to the Safeway in Truckee, and about 30 minutes to Squaw Valley. In the summer you can hike or bike on the slopes and are minutes away from Serene Lakes, Donner Lake and Tahoe. The Pacific Crest Trail is right behind the condo.
The back bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin top, private bath, color TV, DVD/ VCR combo,and phone, and there is a microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator.
The lofted portion of the condo has a vaulted ceiling living room set up with a double sofa bed, gas burning stove, color TV & DVD, VCR, phone, and a deck overlooking the ski hill; and a bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, double futon couch/bed, TV, DVD, VCR.
We rent the condo as one large unit, although the back bedroom has a full bath, mini-refrigerator, microwave, TV & VCR-DVD, and a separating door beteen the front lofted portion of the condo which has the full kitchen, upstairs bedroom, view of slopes and deck.
Cleaning fee is per stay. As of now most dates are open. The lofted condo is all new inside and very clean, is on the top floor and has a view of the ski slope. Parking is included and you walk to the slopes.

No smoking and no pets. Security deposit required. Check in: 4:00 p.m., and check out: 11 a.m.
