NO INCREASE IN RATES! New in March, 2005. Enjoy vacationing in new lovely home in Old Nags Head Place with all of the amenities your family would enjoy for a great vacation. (Milepost 11.5) Each of the four bedrooms on the Mid Level (One King, One Queen, Two with Two Twin beds each) has a full bath and a door opening onto the wrap-around deck. Fifth bedroom on the Top Level (Queen) has a full bath. Great room and kitchen have doors onto the deck. Stairs from decks lead to enclosed shower, pool and hot tub. Kitchen breakfast bar seats four.
(Ground level is reserved for the Maintenance Manager who will not use any of the amenities). Rental unit is Mid Level and Top Level with exclusive use of all amenities. N0 SMOKING NO PETS.
Great view of ocean from home. Ships Watch has game table with four chairs. Walk one block on paved road and landscaped, lighted cement walkway to beach. Casual 3 minute walk. Enjoy the many decks - front, side and back. Horseshoes and volleyball on-site.
Conveniently located near restaurants, water sports, video rentals, cinemas, grocery stores, and retail seafood stores. Hospital at Milepost 14.
Enjoy beautiful sunrise from home and beautiful sunset at nearby Jockey's Ridge (Milepost 12). Fishing pier only a short walk on beach and charter boats nearby.

This was an excellent house for a large group of people. Location was great (close to pier, beach, activities and provisions) and the amenities were really worth it. We really enjoyed starting out each morning hanging out by the pool and volleyball court before our short walk to the beach for the afternoon. I also like how each bed room had a door to the deck. Mike was super helpful and friendly. He was more than happy to give advice on anything from fishing spots to local cuisine. We were there for the 4th of July and watched the fireworks from the top deck of the house. I wouldn't hesitate to give the "Big Woody" the highest recommendation. I know you will make as many fantastic memories as my group did. Cheers!

I would highly recommend this property for any large family or reunion. Very clean home and tastefully decorated throughout. Rooms are spacioius with large closets and bathrooms in each, making things very convenient. Beautiful decks on each level with access from every bedroom in the house. The ocean view from the top deck made a perfect place to enjoy a early morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail. Plenty of privacy from neighbors and a short walk to the beach with plenty of shopping and restaurants around. The volleyball court out back was a great perk for an active group like ourselves. Our group could not say enough great things about this property and the owner was very helpful every step of the way. Mike made for a great local tool, recommending restaurants, bars, etc. Overall two thumbs up, making one of the most memorable vacations!

Loved everything about this home. It was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. Mike was great for travel, restaurant, shopping tips etc.. The house is a home away from home. Its nicely decorated and has everything you will need. Its location is close enough to everything...yet far enough away for privacy. We have already planned to stay next year. The owner and her son are friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our vacation. Can not wait for next year. We recommend this home highly.
