Fifth bedroom on the Top Level (Queen) has a full bath. Great room and kitchen have doors onto the deck. Stairs from decks lead to enclosed shower, pool and hot tub. Kitchen breakfast bar seats four.
(Ground level is reserved for the Maintenance Manager who will not use any of the amenities). Rental unit is Mid Level and Top Level with exclusive use of all amenities. N0 SMOKING NO PETS.
Great view of ocean from home. Ships Watch has game table with four chairs. Walk one block on paved road and landscaped, lighted cement walkway to beach. Casual 3 minute walk. Enjoy the many decks - front, side and back. Horseshoes and volleyball on-site.
