Irwin Bay Cottages and Vacation Rentals are located on one of the finest spots on Chautauqua Lake. Protected by the bay, we are located toward the north end of the lake. We have 9 cottages, and 2 year-round vacation homes. Check out our website where you will find pictures of our rentals, availability calendars and a lot of other helpful information.
Our cottages are all two and three bedroom and are available from May through Mid October. We have over 200 feet of prime lakefront property and a boat launch. One dock slip is included with each weekly rental! Most of our cottages have a screened porch which really adds to the living space and enjoyment of the cottages.
We have recently painted all of our cottages on the inside and out and are in the process of refurbishing them. Our cottages are a great spot for a family reunion! Many of our guests rent multiple cottages in order to spread out a bit and give everyone a little privacy.
All of our cottages are fully furnished with the exception of linens and paper goods. Each cottage has a small kitchen with stove, fridge and dinette, and a living area. Our two bedroom cottages have a double bed in each bedroom. Our three bedroom cottages have a combination of double and single beds.
Each cottage has a charcoal grill and a picnic table, as well as a patio table located on the screened porch or deck. Sorry we do not allow pets in any of our cottages. Our website provides further details about all of our rentals and has pictures and an availability calendar.

Our newly refurbished, three bedroom, two bath home has a large great room, combining the living/dining and cooking area; which keeps the cooks from missing out on all the fun! There is a wonderful deck, with an awesome view of the lake.
There are three lovely bedrooms, one with a double and a twin bed, one with a double bed and one with a queen. We supply plenty of pots, pans, and kitchen equipment including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. One of the two bathrooms has a shower over tub, and the other has a stand-alone shower. All you need to bring are your linens and paper products. This is a Non-Smoking, No Pet home.
Our large, seven/bedroom, two/bath home has enough living space to accommodate a good-sized group without having to worry about feeling squeezed-in. The living room is very long, has several seating areas outfitted with new furniture in 2008! There is a dining area in one end of it, in addition to the seperate dining room. We've recently given the kitchen a makeover. It has a brand new stove and we've added a dishwasher and new counter tops. The kitchen is supplied with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There are two bedrooms downstairs and five upstairs, with plenty of room to spread out. There is a wonderful deck which faces the lake and provides even more room for your group to enjoy themselves.
The downstairs bath has a shower over tub and two sink areas. The upstairs bath has a stand-alone shower. Each bedroom has its own lighted closet, and plenty of room to store all your vacation equipment! All you need to bring are your linens and paper products. This is a Non-Smoking, No Pet home.
