You will absolutely love this mountain lodge! My family and a small group of their teenage friends descended upon this house and did not want to leave. I am lucky bear to have experienced this once-in-a-lifetime vacation.

Everything you could possibly need for a luxurious stay in gorgeous Crested Butte, Colorado was included. Cooking for our family clan was a breeze with the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The beautiful log dining table was big enough for everyone to enjoy a family dinner. I did not need anything at all. The owners thought of everything, including containers to hold leftovers after dinner.

Plus, the owners of this lodge spared no expense at making their guests feel right at home. The large great room layout nicely accommodated our group needs. The pool table was used all weekend, while the cozy couches were great for resting. A large coffee table was perfect for putting together a puzzle. The view outside the windows was amazing –I could imagine watching skiers from my comfy seat on the couch during the ski season!

Each of the bedrooms had creative lodge theme decorations. The beds were so comfortable that it made hibernating each night easy. On the main floor, one of the bathrooms included a Jacuzzi tub, while another one featured a double shower. Upstairs, there were three more bedrooms and more bathrooms! The teenage boys were very excited about the downstairs apartment and really made it their own. The house was perfectly set up for the whole group.

If you are dreaming of a peaceful and relaxing hideaway, you have found the vacation home you are looking for! It was my kind of place and I hope to go back again very soon.

  We have rented this house on 4 occasions now. We take our staff to CB for 3 days of mountain biking every year. The space, the kitchen, the hot tub, the pool table, the garage and the beds are great for our staff of 16. We love everything about this house.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  The house was great for our needs - able to accomodate a large group without being crowded. Some of the furniture in the great room is in need of replacement, a little worn and broken. Attention needs to be made to replacing broken faucets/handles in the kitchen, and the house could be better stocked with bathroom toiletries, i.e. soaps, shampoos and tissue paper. However, the kitchen is well stocked with all kitchen needs - that was a huge plus for us, as we cooked all our meals in the house the entire week. The location is fabulous, easy access to all our activities - the views from the house were magnificent.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

  House made our ski trip a wonderful place to retreat to after a fun day in the slopes, the large family area was great for our group of 12 for hanging out. The separate living area was great for the kids, gave them thier own world to be in. Would definitely stay here again.

  The house was even better than advertised. Our whole family vacationed with us. Each family had remarkable accommodations. The pool table, hot tub, kitchen: All used ! The huge table was perfect. Every inch of Crested Butte was explored and appreciated by us "city Folks". The area has so much to offer. We would return to Gothic in a heart beat.

  Excellent location (next to ski resort), great large house. We were 5 families of 4, each with teens and pre-teens. The basement with all the bunks is great for the kids. The Pool table in the great room was the center of attraction for the whole week when we were in the house. The view of the mountain is very nice. We even had a double rainbow. over the mountain.

  Dear Keith, I haven't had a chance to write sooner, but I wanted to tell you how very much we enjoyed staying in your wonderful lodge at Crested Butte. It was absolutely perfect for us and the events we hosted for our son's wedding weekend. Our family enjoyed the beautiful accomodations, and we had room to put up a few unexpected guests in the apartment downstairs. We hosted the rehearsal dinner which was so beautiful in the great room and Ian Leeming (Anyway Gourmet)catered a wonderful buffet meal for our guests. We also had a barbecue one night, a bridal shower, provided a place for all the groomsmen to get dressed, and had a pancake breakfast for everyone after the wedding. The house with its fabulous view, large living room, lovely deck, comfy couches, well-outfitted kitchen and rustic decor made a lovely, welcoming setting for our gatherings. Thanks so much!   The house was perfect for our extended family of 10. We enjoyed all the convinces as well as the hot tube and pool table.. I've traveled around the world and in Colorado before many times but never in Crested Butte..........it was a unexpected and beautiful surprize. Victoria
