TOTALLY RENOVATED & CLOSEST TO THE BEACH!!
Everything is BRAND NEW! After a day at the beach, relax on our super comfy sofas and watch our new 46' Sony Bravia flat screen tv with Blu Ray surround sound, or use the I-pod dock to listen to music. Decorated with Tommy Bahama accents and original art, the condo is casual and inviting.
The chef in the family will enjoy the new, fully equiped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and granite. The kitchen opens onto an oversized lanai featuring a Martha Stewart patio set with seating for 6, and a new Weber bbq. Enjoy the gorgeous garden view while listening to the waves crash and the birds sing.
Ah, the bedroom.... Serene and soothing, get ready for the best sleep ever. With a top-of-the line King mattress, down pillows, luxury linens & 32' flat screen tv, there's no better way to end the day! A new queen Murphy bed, and queen pull-out provides extra sleeping space.
There are 2 full bathrooms in our condo, both with new cabinetry, granite and quality fixtures.
We've tried to think of everything to make your stay perfect, and also provide a pack-n-play crib and a high chair. You'll also find everything you need for the beach including snorkel equipment, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys and more!
As the new owners of this unit, the reason we chose Ekahi 20e is location, location, location! Being close to the beach, in the 'lower village' is important as it means no long steep walk up the hill!! As well, our home away from home is well away from the street ensuring no traffic noise - only the sounds of birds and the ocean - paradise!
Maui's Wailea resort offers spectacular golf and world-class white-sand beaches. You will love Ekahi Village!!

The living area was very comfortable with the flavor of Hawaiian furnishings, which provided a welcome, relaxing end to action-packed days! The bedroom, (with king bed) also had a private lanai for reading or just relaxing.
The condo was just a few steps from one of the pools within the Wailea Ekahi Village, making an energizing early morning (or a refreshing late afternoon) swim very convenient! Additionally, this property was a quick 5 minute walk right out the front door to “Keawakapu Beach”, one of Maui’s most beautiful beaches. A 3 minute stroll to “Mokapu Beach” or “Ulua Beach” brought us to some of the very best snorkeling spots Maui has to offer. No need to drive to the beach, when the ocean is literally right there! If you want to get in a few rounds of golf, check out the gorgeous courses nearby the village.
About 15 miles from the airport but worlds away from the city, the condo was truly a great location for Maui sightseeing and some “beary” good day trips. While staying in this condo, getting to all of Maui’s wonderful places was a breeze! While I relaxed on the beach, my friends drove up to Lahaina to explore the sights. The historic “Iao Needle” was just 16 miles away. You can drive 44 miles to see the sunrise at Haleakala or enjoy an amazingly beautiful 63 mile drive on the “Road to Hana” highway. For a great stroll along the shoreline, don’t forget to check out the beachside path- just down the beach from the condo!

My stay at Ekahi was the ideal experience. I have stayed in a number of places in Hawaii and this place had such an ease and an Aloha spirit to it. The layout is perfect for a couple and very comfortable for a family of four. The grounds are covered with plumeria trees, palm trees and hibiscus. The four pools in the complex are uncrowded (and heated) which made for a relaxing morning dip. And the best part of the condo is its easy and quick access to the beach. I don't know the name of the beach but it was one of the nicest around for sunrises, sunsets and body surfing. And the views of Molokini, Lani and the West Maui Mountains were such sights to behold. Many condos are too close to the street or too close to the parking lot so that you hear all manner of unwanted noises. Not this place. It is tucked away from all of that so that you hear are the cardinals and the mynah birds and the mourning doves as well as the waves on the beach. The best way I can describe this place is that it captures the sights, the sounds and the scents of Maui. And all within steps of the beach or a short walk/drive to restaurants. I will stay here again if I have the chance to stay south of Kihei any time soon.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

You won't be disappointed with this unit. It is spacious and comfortable. You will have everything you need for your stay. All linens and kitchen items are included. Yes, there is a coffee grinder for that freshly-ground Kona coffee. The beach is a little bit of a walk but, hey, you're walking in Maui and not at home. The washer and dryer in the unit is a nice touch. Christine is easy to work with and very responsive to emails. Thank you again for sharing your condo.Did you find this review helpful? Our stay in this condo was absolutely wonderful! The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated and was very well equipped with beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and much more. All of the beds were very comfortable as well. The location is definitely one of the best, minutes from the beach and pools. The lanai had a wonderful patio set and BBQ and the greenspace beyond the lanai was ideal for kids to play. We will be back to this unit hopefully in the near future.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Aloha Christine! We just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your unit Ekahi 20E. It was so well equipped and was just perfectly suited for our family. It had everything we needed and were thrilled with the great beach chairs, beach towels etc. We may be thinking of renting again from you next spring. If you are the artist for the paintings in the unit...they are fantastic and look wonderful! Thank you again, it was one of the most wonderful Maui holidays we have had! We stayed 25 nights in this condo, 2 weeks of that with another couple. The complex has amazing grounds. This condo is just a short few minute walk to the beach and pool. A second quiet pool is just outside your door accross the parking lot. From the beach you can walk in either direction and enjoy the beautiful ocean views, whales and great dinning or happy hour snacks and drinks. The condo has everything you will need in the kitchen, pool toys, towels, linens, bbq. It was nicely decorated and mostly all updated. The patio dinning seats 6 so thats a bonus for a larger group or family. We enjoyed early morning coffee and breakfast on the patio everyday and had dinner in the evenings most of the nights on the patio. Some afternoons i enjoyed the small private patio off the bedroom for reading. The second bathroom had nice extra closet space and slated door for privacy. IMO this unit would be perfect for a family or just 1 couple. It's close the beach, pool, shopping and great dinning options. Only things i didn't like was the lack of sun on the patio at anytime during the day along with the wind, it could be very chilly at times. The kitchen was smaller than i expected and no room to store your food but it was updated nicely. The owner was easy to work with and provided some good information prior to arrival.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

First of all, booking was very easy. Christine was great to work with on booking the stay and provided tips for the area. Then when we arrived we couldn't be more pleased. Nicely appointed condominium in a lovely community just as advertised. We only needed to bring clothes and food - everything else was there. The pools and grounds are stunning. The location in Wailea is wonderful. Close to shopping, golf and other activities, but still quiet. The beach was clean and never crowded. We took nice, long, relaxing walks on the beach almost everyday. Highly recommend visiting the Ahihi Nature Preserve about 10-15 south of Ekahi for fantastic snorkeling.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

We enjoyed our stay at Ekahi 20e. It is a lovely condo in a beautifully landscaped community next to the beach. We would snorkel in the morning and then take a dip in the pool then back to the condo for a BBQ on the gorgeous lanai while the trade winds blew gently. It is truly peaceful and relaxing--all that a vacation should be. The condo is also conveniently located within a short drive to lots of good eats in Kihei and fun activities such as surfing schools. Lastly, we want to comment on how comfy the beds are. My husband is very picky with beds and for the first time on our travels he commented on how well he slept because of the comfy beds. We will definitely stay at Ekahi 20e on our future travels to Wailea and highly recommend it to our friends.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

My wife and I traveled to Maui for our honeymoon and stayed at Ekahi 20e. After all the hectic things leading up to the wedding, the condo provided the best escape from real life. It was exactly what we wanted. Christine was incredibly helpful with questions I had before the trip and even provided a document listing some great things to do on the island...that was extremely helpful. Upon arrival, the condo was spectacular! It was comfortable and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home. It's extremely close to the beach and made it very easy to walk down for the incredible Maui sunset with a glass of wine. Having a full kitchen and grill was great for prepping meals and then enjoying them on the lanai. If you do go out to dinner, I highly suggest dining at the 5 Palm and Sarento's restaurants. They are right on the beach and the view is AMAZING! If you are a golfers like we are, the Wailea Golf Club is right down the street. We played there and made a day trip up to Kapalua to play there as well. After playing at Kapalua, I highly suggest the Sea House restaurant in Napilli for happy hour. Great deals and tremendous food and drinks. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to get away from it all, but still have some of the comforts of home. Next time we travel back to Maui, we will definitely want to stay in Ekahi 20e.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Ekahi Village condo #20e. It was really nice to be on the ground level with our two kids because they loved playing in the backyard and we could watch them easily. We had lovely meals on the nice lanai. It worked really well for there to be two tv's, one in the family room and one in the master bedroom. Our kids did well sleeping on the murphy bed. The condo is very cute and nicely decorated and clean. There are nice beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. You are very close to awesome Keawakapu Beach and we took advantage of 2 of the Ekahi Village pools. It is also very easy to drive to other beaches from here as well such as Big Beach, Wailea beach, and Kaanapali Beach. We would definitely stay here again! The restaurants we recommend are Monkeypod Kitchen, Three's, Gannon's, and Ko.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We fell in love with the Monkey Pod incredible fish it reminded us of the restaurant our daughter works at on the Central Coast of California (Ventana Grill). About the owner: Hi, we're Al and Christine Eagleton, proud new owners of Ekahi Village #20E! After 30 years of visiting various locations in Hawaii, as soon as we stayed at Ekahi, we knew this was 'IT'! Voted one of the world's most beautiful beaches, Keawakapu Beach has it all - soft white sand, no crowds, spectacular views, superb snokeling - the list goes on and on. Everyone in our family LOVES Maui, and we hope to share our home with you!
Why the Owner Chose Ekahi Village:
We chose to purchas at Ekahi Village as it is one of very few waterfront complexes in spectacular Wailea, because of its great location and genuine Aloha atmosphere. Ekahi Village is a very family-friendly development, yet quiet and sophisticated at the same time. Wailea weather is consistently drier and sunnier than other parts of Maui and boasts the most beautiful and varied beaches. Another reason we chose Ekahi is it's one of the few condo's where you have your own bbq on your private lanai. It's so enjoyable to relax (after a hard day at the beach) and listen to the waves, watch the birds and light up the barbie! The main lanai of our condo leads out to a wonderful, large, grassy courtyard that faces the ocean, providing gentle and refreshing ocean breezes and a nice feeling of spaciousness. We selected an 'end unit' which provides the benefit of privacy and added quiet.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Some unique benefits you will enjoy while staying in our condo include:
1. A location that's convenient to everything Maui offers - swimming, snorkeling, surfing, scuba, golf, tennis, upscale shopping, great restaurants, whale-watching - the list goes on and on!!
2. A clean, fully equipped and up-dated unit that allows you to feel very much 'at home' during your vacation on Maui.
3. A peaceful and quiet place to rest after a full day of fun on Maui.
4. A family-friendly atmosphere.
5. Peace of mind, knowing that you're staying in a very reasonably-priced condo for your vacation!!!!
