The Summit Condominium complex is located in the Village area, just steps across the private parking lot to the stairs leading to Village Central and the slopes.
Ours is a privately-owned condominium with spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, casual rooms where guests can relax in front of an open fire(firewood furnished) with a good book or your favorite TV show after a long day on the slopes, hiking, cycling or sight seeing.We provide a top notch kitchen with all appliances, blender,crock-pot,double coffee maker will brew decaf and caffinated coffee at same time. Spices, coffee creamers,sweetners, and chocolate mixes are provided for guest's use. We leave excellent CA wines for those who would like to "exchange," just let us know. There are games,cards, and novels available for children and adults...if you don't finish a book you are reading,take it home with you.
The Summit has gone through a $1 million+ renovation to the 4 buildings and landscape in the past two years,and we regularly upgrade our own unit and amenities to assure our guests a comfortable, relaxing visit. A short walk to good restaurants, and entertainment (game room under the dome w/mountain climb and skate boarding for the kids and a comedy club for adults,)or ride the FREE Snowshoe Hare(shuttle bus,)any place on the mountain and to Silver Creek where tubbing and Night skiing are available.The bus stops in front of the Condo every 15 to 30 minutes from 7 am until 3 am. There are many weekend activities through the ski season and during the summer months, events such as The Chili Cook-Off, Blues, Brews and Barbeques week-end,The Wine and Jazz Festival,Symphony in the Mountains, and mountain bike races, to name a few. We are a short drive to some of the finest white-water rafting in the U.S., the Cranberry Glades(a natural pre-historic forrest created during the ice age,)and the Cass Scenic Railroad where folks can ride the old logging, steam engine powered,train through the mountains.
Seventy-five percent of our previous guests have returned each season and begin making reservations for ski season in early October. Rental rates are reasonable and we will Make a Deal! Give us a call or e-mail, we would love to have you visit.

when trash is emptied, condo is left reasonably clean and keys are returned.

Beautiful condo. Had a great time even though skiing wasn't the best. Played games and enjoyed our vacation. Lots of amenities, spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be back! Have made arrangements to stay here next year.
