This lushly landscaped first floor condo in the newest building at Maui Kamaole (Fern building) is sunny, bright and very spacious, furnished with the discriminating adult in mind... luxury furnishings with original art & generous Corian counters in full kitchen complete with everything you might need.
The superb location of this unit is quiet and peaceful, an end unit with extra windows looking out over beautifully landscaped garden areas. The living room has new bamboo hardwood flooring and includes a comfortable (Norwalk) queen-size sofabed and large flat screen TV, DVD, and VCR. Comfortable queen-size bed in the master bedroom and double sink bath with private tropical courtyard for meditation or morning reading or sunning. Second full bath includes glass shower. There are two lanais, one off the living room, tiled and landscaped with tropicals, and a quiet private courtyard off the bedroom. I have provided beach chairs & towels, boogie boards, cooler, and reading materials!
This 849 square foot condo (not including the two spacious lanais!)is just a short walk to the tropical rock swimming pool and waterfall, sand-bottom jacuzzi, and picnic areas complete with several barbecue grills. There is even a gas barbecue grill right outside your door. There are two tennis courts on the property, as well as a second pool and jacuzzi.
Drive 5 minutes to Wailea Resort shopping, world class golf, spas and tennis; walk two minutes to beautiful white sand beaches of Keawakapu, Wailea, and Kamaole Beach Parks. Experienced scuba divers may link up with private charters just a two minute walk from your condo.
Maui Kamaole is known for its stately tropical grounds, low density, and serene atmosphere respecting adult needs and privacy. A private entrance leads you to complete relaxation and quiet. I know you will return year after year once you experience Maui's beauty and my beautifully appointed condo.

Why the Owner Chose Maui Kamaole
As a full-time resident of Maui, I bought my condo to live in myself and therefore wanted quiet, privacy, and beautiful surroundings. I handpicked the location, after first owning another unit at Maui Kamaole and knowing where is the BEST location. I live in a house nearby now, and share my vacational rental condo with select guests who really seem to enjoy the personal touches and quality I provide for them.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My Fern building condo at Maui Kamaole is ideally located, everything is at your fingertips from the grill for your dinner (right outside) to the beautiful pool (close but not TOO close) and the nearest beach is only a few minutes walk away. When we book your vacation, as a long-term resident I can help you with advice on activities, restaurants, whatever you need.
Huge green lawn to sunbath and watch sunset! Great beach with facilities and excellent boogie boarding, tide pools, walking, swimming.
Directly across from Maui Kamaole entrance, you can take many commercial boat tours from here to Molokini, Turtle Town, Kanaio, for snorkeling and adventure!
My favorite loooong beach for walking, swimming, sunsets, even dining at Five Palms restaurant. You can walk from here to the Wailea resorts and back, a great walk!
Park at this public parking and start the 3-mile round trip walk behind the Wailea resorts and right along the ocean. Frequent celebrity sightings!

We loved your condo and had an awesome vacation here in Maui. Wish we could have stayed longer. We did everything we could fit in, in the week we were here and loved coming back to our temporary beautiful home. The bogey boards were great to have snorkeling. Thank you so much for having such a well stocked home away from home. Already planning next trip.

Hi Lynann!Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay. It took us about half a second to see that this is the best way to stay on Maui. I'll never stay in a hotel again.Mom & I love how nicely appointed your place is. I love the colors and your mom's artwork! We used the cooler & blue ice every day as a "fridge" for cold drinks on our excursions. We even enjoyed a couple of drinks courtesy of your previous tenants. Having wifi was also a really nice plus. I brought my laptop & googled & mapquested everything on our last full day here.
