  We rented this house for an extended family vacation. 6 adults, 2 teenagers & 2 young children. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Each bedroom has a tv. I especially liked that it did not have pullout sofas. The kitchen has upgraded Viking appliances including a gas stove. There is a gas grill on the front porch. Dining room table has benches and can seat 6. Bar counter seats 4. Love the shaded pool. Only a short block walk to the beach. We had a small problem with the poo, called the management company and the serviceman was there that afternooon to fix it. I would highly recommend renting this beautiful house.

  Just returned today from a fabulous week at Sea Groove. 3 Adults, 5 teenagers & an 8 year old had more room than we needed. The house was furnished so nicely and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook great meals. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. Easy walk to beach & Seaside. The house was definitely a home run to a perfect vacation. Would highly recommend!

  We stayed in the house in February and it was warm and sunny all week. The kids loved the pool and even got in the ocean. The house is fabulous with so much space. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Rooftop deck is wonderful and so nice with the hammocks. Super easy walk/access to the beach, very short. Also, great short walk/bike ride to Seaside. We were able to lets kids ride bikes and explore on their own there with no worries. Was a great trip with tons to do. Perfect location, lots of space and love the decor! A+++

  We enjoyed a wonderful, week long stay with our family and parents. As both my parents grew up on the beaches of Georgia and Florida, this beautiful house, nested in the trees, felt like the old beach town atmosphere of our childhoods. It's a simple, shaded walk to the beach and a quick bicycle ride to the many conveniences and attractions of Seaside and Watercolor. (Not to mention Goatfeathers for some fresh seafood.) The many floor levels and bedrooms make it easy to accomodate kids, parents and grandparents. We took wine and juice up to the top deck every night for sunset. The pool was a welcome retreat from the heat of the beach and mosquitos. We look forward to returning to this wonderful family retreat!

  We rented this home in April 2011 with friends. All together there were three families: 6 kids and 7 adults. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but this house turned out to be a real gem and we plan n renting it again next year. It allowed us big family dinners in the kitchen and room for everyone to relax together on the main level, then when anyone needed some time to themselves, the house was big enough to allow you space to get away. Sunsets up on the roof deck were a great way to end the day and the kids were kept happy at the house due to the pool, ping pong and foosball table. One room has 2 sets of bunk beds + 2 trundle beds which the kids immediately claimed as their domain. I was impressed with the furniture, sometimes rental furnishings are clearly decorated with the castoffs from friends and families but the rooms were well appointed. Most importantly the location. It's a leisurely 5 minute walk to the center of Seaside which is absolutely adorable and VERY family friendly. I recommend this house for groups with or without children. There is one bedroom on the main floor. The others are upstairs and the house is a total of 3 floors. So if traveling with someone with bad knees, they'll get the swank bedroom on the first floor, and you'll should call dibs on the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. Both look like their were decorated by an interior designer.

  Spent a week in this lovely home. Everything was in great working order and the location was perfect. Lots of privacy but close to everything the area offers. The pool inside the screen porch was a life saver with the kids. The number of bedrooms and beds meant everyone was comfortable. The big kids loved the bunk beds and there was room for the baby to have his own space. We can't wait to visit again. This will be our vacation home for years to come.

  This is an amazing house, it just keeps going! Great family room, perfect sized pool with alarm to keep kids safe, super comfy enormous beds, beautifully furnished, great wing for the kids with 3 sets of bunkbeds & nanny suite if you're lucky enough to have one! Endless porches and an incredible roof top deck, perfect for stargazing, late night conversations or morning coffee! The house was in great shape, very clean (&I'm a clean freak) and well maintained, we had a few questions for the owners and they couldn't have been more helpful & responsive. The beach is a minute's walk away & Seaside is a straight 5 minute walk. We'll definitely be back.
