This newly furnished custom home has an open floor plan, four bedrooms, two and half baths, a four-car garage (one air conditioned), and sits on a triple lot in a quiet neighborhood with only two neighbors. The great room has 12' ceilings and opens up through huge, sliding glass doors to the screened patio/pool/spa area. The fourth bedroom/den/theater room has a DVD, CD, Stereo and suround sound home theater system with a big screen TV and cable (there are also TV's in the Great room, master bedroom and secondary bedrooms). This homes location is on a very wide canal and the surrounding area is very quiet. It is also in one of the nicer neighborhoods which is safe to walk at all hours. Our plan was to stay two months in this home and that quickly became three then four. This is by far one of the nicest places we could have stayed especially for the price. The property is very well kept including the wonderfully kept lawn and pool. Most of the issues we encountered were our own creation and all minor bordering on trivial. Even so they were addressed very quickly and without any fuss. The owner and manager couldn't have been more friendly and easy to do business with. There was some wear and tear from us and our pets above the norm so I fully expected much of the security deposit to be used to fix those issues. To my surprise most of the deposit was refunded. The small portion that was kept had a detailed explanation of the charges which we felt was more than reasonable. I suspect that a normal stay would have the renters getting their full deposit back. A few notes. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality dishes, utensils and wares. Clearly the owner cares about the quality of a guest stay with these little touches. The pool/spa area is impressive with a very high end easy to use pool heater which was great for relaxing. The home has four bays in the garage but only three are really usable. The three are massive though and can easily accommodate an armada of vehicles. Lastly this home has three dedicated bedrooms with another large office/den/bedroom multi-functional room. The couch in this multi-functional room does fold out to become a fourth bed and it is reasonably comfy but it is not as private as a dedicated bedroom. The owner lists sleeps 8-10 people which can easily be done in this home with plenty of room to spare. This is a very large spacious home. The wonderful reviews and long term rental history of this property was what sold us on renting this property and happy to say our experience reflects this properties well earned reputation.

As soon as we arrived at the house after a long flight we were impressed. It looks good from the outside and inside has a lovely, spacious and very Floridian feel. The home was immaculate and the decor perfect, we couldn't believe it was a rental and these owners really look after it. The best part of the house is the very wide rear canal and pool, it has total privacy. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property to anybody else, we were so sad to leave.

This home is an absolutely gorgeous. It was clean, private and comfortable. As soon as you come in you feel yourself relax. The house is spacious and calm. You can enjoy the feeling of privacy but if you wish to go to the market or marina it less than 5 minutes away. This house is perfect for a family vacation or to go with friends. The kitchen has everything you need. It is truly a little piece of paradise. The listing description was entirely accurate regarding the location and the photos reflect the rental's appearance. The house was perfectly clean and the owner gave us all the information we needed. We will surely recommend this house to our friends and relatives
