Private 18 hole (par 72) championship golf course. This meticulously maintained, golf course can be enjoyed by the beginner and intermediate, as well as the golfer who is seeking a true challenge. Golf course facilities include a water-driving range, short game area, and practice putting green.

Between June 1 and October 31 transfer membership offers reciprocal golf at 53 area golf courses. Tee times are arranged by the Highland Woods Golf Shop.

The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are within five miles and Bonita Beach Road is one and a half miles away. Barefoot Beach State Park is recommended and there is ample free public beach access in Bonita Beach. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are a short drive for shelling and fishing.

Other features and amenities worth mentioning are the sliding glass enclosed back lanai so that you can still enjoy the view during extremely humid nights and rainstorms. Master bed and den are queen-size and the guest beds can be used as two single beds or one king-size bed. Each bedroom plus den has a TV with cable.
