Year round fun and relaxation in a great three level waterfront townhouse. Townhouse is only one of nine in Moose Pond Village, uniquely located on 11 beautiful acres. Moose Pond is 13 square miles and one of the cleanest lakes in Maine.

Only a minute's drive to the base of Shawnee Peak, a wonderful family ski area. The smoke-free townhouse is nicely decorated and easily accommodates two families, sleeping ten with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

The huge master suite features a large bathroom with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The great room features a fireplace, cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows with expansive views of Moose Pond. On the first floor is a family room with a ping-pong table, wetbar and refrigerator. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and separate dining area.

The deck off the dining room overlooks the lake and has a gas barbecue grill. At night there is nothing better than to sit out gaze at the stars. You have never seen stars like this before!
