Welcome to our Tropical Island here at Key Colony Beach, better known as the "Jewel of the Florida Keys." Fantastic location in the heart of the Keys, midway between Key Largo and Key West. This unit offers two bedrooms and two full baths on Bonefish Bay. Located between the Ocean and the Gulf. Not on a canal like so many others, so we have afternoon shade and a breeze at all times. We also have just installed Wireless Internet. This unit is for 4 people maximum!
If you are not familiar with Key Colony Beach you will find this area one of the nicest, safest tropical islands in the Florida Keys. Relax and relish the gorgeous opal colored water or view the sunrise from our patio.
You will also enjoy your own private deep water dock for fishing and quick access to the Gulf and the Atlantic Ocean. Why the Owner Chose Key Colony Beach
My father in law bought this property in '65 and absolutely loved fishing. It's the best fishing in the world. Whether you are fishing from our dock or out in the gulf or ocean. Our particular location has alot of advantages.One being always a breeze, no mosquitoes, afternoon shade, on a small bay with beautiful view and lots of convience to stores, restaurants etc.

This duplex has been in our family since the 60's. It's the best location in the area for fishing, boating, walking to restaurants etc.Only minutes by boat to the ocean or gulf. Our patio faces the bay and we have a wonderful view with nice breezes. Just a two minute walk to Sparky's Landing for great food and entertainment. Also, Cabana Club with pool, ocean, bar, live entertainment is a ten minute walk away. Key Colony Inn also is a ten minute walk away and has the best food around......WE LOVE IT.....

Wonderful place to stay

My boyfriend and I, along with another couple rented this property for a week. We were extremely happy with everything. The description and photos are exactly as listed on this site. Both the house and yard were very clean and well maintained. The owner went above and beyond to answer any and all questions we had before our trip. The atmosphere of the neighboring properties was very quiet, as it was mostly older people. Sparkys Landing right down the road was a great place to walk to for eats or drinks. The cabana club had a great pool and the beach was very nice. We made use of the fishing poles every evening sitting right on the deck and caught quite a few saltwater cats, threw them all back of course. And even had something BIG bite one night and break the line. It was a great time, and we are very much hoping we can arrange to go back again next year.
