My recent stay in Orlando was great. I would definitely recommend the unit to friends and family. It was close to route 192 and all the Disney attractions. The unit was not as clean as it could be upon arrival but the problem was taken care of immediately. The photos matched the property and it was a beautiful place to stay in during our vacation.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was fantastic and I recommend staying there for any visit to the area. The guarded and gated community entry put us at ease. The grounds were very well maintained and we could see the sports/pool area from the balcony. The unit itself was clean, spacious, accommodating and very relaxing. All the furniture was comfortable and having a TV in each room was a definite plus. A few updates to the cookware and clothes drier would be nice, but there were no problems with the function for any appliance. The location couldn't get much better; we were about 5 minutes away from gas, groceries, restaurants and shopping. Most importantly, we were only 10 minutes from ALL Disney World Parks, which was the main purpose for our vacation. I have recommended the condo to my friends and relatives should they decide to visit Orlando. We are already making plans to go back to the area, and will definitely stay there again.

Great condo in a great location

We had a wonderful week in this condo. The entire family agreed that this was the best one we've ever rented before. It was very clean with just some minor carpet stains being the only negative that I saw. The kids loved having their own beds and the tvs in each bedroom. The living room was comfortable with the large flat screen being a welcome touch. We didn't cook very much but it was handy having the full kitchen with everything we needed in it. The area around the condo was very nice and it wasn't too crowded. We found the location to be very convenient with stores and restaurants being just a few minutes away. Best yet was how convenient it was to get to the parks. This was the first time we had stayed off-site and while we did miss having the Disney bus system at hand, it was not bad at all driving to any of the Disney parks even when we came back to the condo for a mid-day break. The owner was very responsive to us both before we got there and also when we had an issue while we were there.

The Condo was great! Right by the pool and club house. Only 15 minutes from Disney Parks and plenty of shopping in the area. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room in the condo. The kids had a wonderful time as well as us adults. We would definitely stay here again our next visit to Orlando.

YUCK!!

Where do I begin?? We recently stayed in this unit and I have never been so disgusted. The bed in the master bedroom was unmade and rumpled. I am guessing the sheets had not been changed. The twin beds had hair and something sticky on the sheets. The kitchen counters had dried coffee all over them. The rugs were horribly stained. The towels had apparently been left in the washer too long and smelled strongly of mildew. We had to wash them before we could use them. There was dirt randomly on the floor and trash behind some of the furniture. The worst thing was when my four year old daughter brought me a small piece of glass that she had found. Upon further inspection, one of the bathroom rugs was covered in it. I am not happy at all with this condo, apparently the housecleaning staff needs to be fired. I would not stay here again, and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Owner response: We pride ourselves in delivering a 5 star experience. It was a simple cleaning schedule mixup. Had guests emailed or called the management company as per final instructions, the problem would have been resolved promptly.

We enjoyed our stay although we really just slept there. We spent 13-15 hours daily at either at Disney or Universal. We did sneak in a swim !!

Meets the basics

If you are a family, looking to “do Disney” and lay around the pool on the down days, this unit is for you. It is wonderfully located, close to all the Disney Parks, outlet malls, Inter-state #4 and some good family dining. Within the resort the condo is located on the second floor, right beside the pool, tennis and basketball courts. The pool area is very nice but can get busy if all the residents decide to have a “down day” at the same time. The unit itself will sleep 6 and you can each watch what you want on the four flat panel TV's. The cable service is good and the wireless internet is fast, secure and reliable. However, if you are looking for a long term rental, as we did, things look a bit different. We choose the unit based primarily on the comments below (See “disneymom” and many others comments about how immaculate and clean the unit was). We have learned that “immaculate” doesn't mean the same thing to everybody. If dust bunnies on the baseboards, badly stained carpets, fingernail cuttings on the living room window sills and mud in the window jambs is your idea of immaculate, we won't be visiting your house. Oh yeah, don't bother to look under or behind the stove and fridge.....it isn't immaculate there either. White paint on the walls does not necessarily mean clean. While the kitchen is “adequately” equipped for a short stay, longer term renters have different needs. It would have be nice to see a cheese grater in the kitchen or a blender that didn't leak, some baking dishes and more cutting boards. More comfortable beds would be nice and a full sized ironing board instead the back breaking mini-board supplied. The unit has had many renters and one would think that there might be some basic supplies left by other renters. The only thing the unit had was dishwasher soap and some tea and coffee. We left behind laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, paper supplies and some basic cooking supplies. In most of the other VRBO rentals we have done (+10), we have been contacted by the owner shortly after our arrival, to make sure things were alright and then again after we left. The owner of VRBO #48423 initiated no contact with us.

Owner response: Due to allergies and individual sensitivities, all products left by the previous guests are removed by the cleaning staff at each cleaning. If after contacting us on their first day about the inadequate ironing board, had they mentioned the dust, we would have had a cleaning crew dispatched. I thank them for pointing out the leaking blender and lack of baking dishes. These were our first long term renters and pointing out our flaws will only improve things for the next guests.

Listing description accurately describes this lovely 3 bedroom Condo. There is a huge swimming pool and games room and a little store. You can get a shuttle to Universal or Disney at the Clubhouse. The owners were great and even leave coffee for you. I will be bringing my family back and will recommend this place to everyone.

Our family stayed here during the week of Thanksgiving. It was the perfect set up for our group of 6 (2 kids + 2 parents + 2 grandparents). The apartment was impeccably clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had all of the pots, pans and utensils that we needed for preparing meals. It was very easy to drive to the Disney parks, just a few miles away. And it was such a nice peaceful place to come home to after a day in the parks. We would definitely like to stay in this apartment again next time we make a trip to Disney.

Close to Disney

Just got back home and had a wonderful stay. We were surprised how close we were to the Disney Parks. We actually got to the parks faster then when we stayed at a Disney property. On days off we were steps away from a pool and clubhouse (which also showed free movies for adults and children)

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! It's better than staying at a hotel because there is so much room to relax in. It was bright, airy, comfortable tastefully decorated. Great to come "home to" after a long day at the parks to relax and re-charge! The pool and clubhouse were a great way to wind down when you need to relax. The owners were very helpful and communication was excellent. Thank you for making our Disney vacation so pleasant.

Wonderful Stay!

I loved this place! We had a few days left on a Disney pass and just wanted a place where we could relax for a few more days in Orlando. This place had it all. A short drive to the parks and in a gated community. When we arrived, we punched in the number on the door and were in! No annoying check-in or check-out procedures here. We were right across from the pool and clubhouse. There was plenty for the kids to do on the days when we just hung around. Pool, mini-movie theater, ping pong, etc. There were plenty of towels for us to use in the condo and lots of space for everyone. No cramped, dinky hotel room!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We loved our stay here and had everything we needed and wanted. My husband myself and our 9 year old granddaughter just loved the pool and the club house. The condo is clean and has alot of room to spread out. The location to all the theme parks was great. We would tell anyone who is looking for a great affordable place to stay in the Orlando area NOT to miss this one!

My Husband and I stayed in this condo for the week of New Years and we absolutely loved everything about it! The entire condo was very clean and cozy. All of the furniture and bedding in every room were clean and new. There were flat screens in each room. The kitchen was wonderful and the balcony overlooks the pool and jacuzzi which are directly across from the condo. We will definitely stay here again! This place is secluded and there is nothing around, very nice and peaceful for a relaxing vacation. The pool area is very clean and we will definitely bring our daughter with us next time!
