This clean, comfortable, private home in a quiet neighborhood is just minutes from beaches, downtown, shopping, fishing, and golfing. Or if you like, stay at home and relax by the heated and lighted screen enclosed pool. This eight year old home offers a washer dryer, cable TV, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, gas barbecue stove, and a roomy garage for your car and "Florida snow shovel." (You will need the "snow shovel" to find one of Venice's most renowned attractions, sharks teeth! One of only two beaches in the world where you can just scoop them up.)
There are two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, plenty of drawer space, attached bathroom, and immediate access to the verandah and swimming pool. The guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the home for added privacy. It contains two twin beds, a double closet, and two sets of drawers. The second bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door.
The living room and dining room area is spacious and comfortable. The common room contains a TV and is made to order for visiting or resting. Central air and heat and ceiling fans in every room add to the comfort of the home.
Treat yourself at home by picking your own grapefruit for breakfast from the trees located on the property. All in all, this ideal Florida home invites you to make your stay all you want it to be - at home, the beach, or on the Venice shopping esplanade! Come on down!
