We have two properties in Estes Park at Blue Spruce Village. Unit #11 and this one unit #2 which we just purchased early July. While this is a new property for us we have owned Unit #11 for several years and invite you to view the comments other vacationers have written at VRBO #199878.
The Pinehenge is a beautifully appointed and decorated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. It is located right on the Big Thompson River in a quiet, private and gated community in the 'Blue Spruce Village'. The Big Thompson runs just a few feet away from the back deck. Enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour drinks listening to the rushing river from your wrap around, spacious wrap-a-round deck. Open the windows and hear the river all day and night! We stock the river with rainbow trout every 2 weeks between late June and late Aug.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, Private balcony overlooking the river and a gas fireplace. The second master has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is a good kids retreat as it has two queen size beds, walk-in closet and room to play games on the floor area. All Bedrooms are upstairs. The downstairs sofa opens to a queen size bed for two.
This home has it all. The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality dishware, cookware and utensils. Outside you'll find a New Weber gas grill. The living area has a TV/DVD/DVR plus a gas fireplace. We also provide WIFI internet access and Free long distance service should you need it.
Blue Spruce Village is approximately 5 minutes outside Estes Park and two miles from the entrance to the spectacular Rocky Mountain National Park. Only one quarter mile from the original entrance to the park, you can walk to a park trail that leads to beautiful Moraine Park. You won't be disappointed!

About: We are a family that just moved from San Antonio to Austin, Texas only a few weeks ago. We love the wonderful weather in Texas but spending part of the summer in Estes is a wonderful climate change.
Why Estes Park: We are a family that fell in Love with Estes Park. After renting the same home in Blue Spruce Village for 8 years we had the opportunity to make our dream become a reality. We purchased both Unit #11 (VRBO#199878) and now unit #2.
