Tucked away in the picturesque Sierra Nevada Mountains, our mountain home is an ideal choice for a summer or winter vacation get-away. It is located in the popular Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort, a complete summer and winter destination resort which has been rated as one of the top family resorts by Family Circle, Better Homes and Gardens and City Sports Magazines. There is easy access to a wide range of summer and winter activities. A free shuttle bus will pick you up at your door and transport you to all Northstar recreation activities.
During the winter, Northstar becomes a winter wonderland offering skiers a full-service alpine and cross-country ski resort. During the warm days and cool nights of summer, vacationing at Northstar means relaxing and sun-filled days, enjoying the many summer activities that Northstar has to offer including golf, tennis, mountain biking, horseback riding, and hiking. The Northstar recreation center has a fitness center, game room, three jacuzzis, a lap pool, and an olympic-sized recreation pool. Fishing, boating, kayaking, parasailing, water-skiing, and jet-skiing are among the many activities available on nearby Lake Tahoe. You can also enjoy a variety of excellent restaurants and shopping in nearby Truckee, King’s Beach, and Tahoe City.
Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, our house sleeps eight adults comfortably. Accommodations include four bedrooms, loft with TV/DVD, fully-equipped kitchen, an open living/dining area with a woodburning rock fireplace, two full bathrooms, and outside deck. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and two have a set of twin beds. All linens are provided. This is a great mountain house and resort for active families.
Rental includes all Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort facilities including the fitness center, swimming pools, tennis club, and shuttle bus service.
