Beautiful three bedroom house. High speed internet available. Ski, hike, or bike the nearby trails, play golf at the three golf ranges, and relax in the sunroom. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a leather sofa bed and a gas log stove.

The house is in the Tahoe Donner Association. Use our guest amenity cards to enjoy access to the Trout Creek Recreation Center, Tennis Center, Northwoods pool, sauna and steam room, and the Beach Club marina. During the summer months there is an equestrian center and lots of mountain biking, scenic hiking, and a 18-hole championship golf course.

Our house is in an excellent location: 5 minutes to downtown Truckee or Donner Lake, 15 minutes to North Lake Tahoe, 40 minutes to Reno, and close to many cross country and downhill ski areas.

We allow well behaved dogs with an additional damage/security deposit.

  • Wonderful place! The house was extremely nice, well kept and comfortable. The location is both convenient and beautiful. We went with 3 children and had a ball. I highly recommend this one. We sure do plan to come back.
