Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a luxury gated resort community in upscale North Naples. Your second story residence has sweeping views of Vanderbilt Bay from the living area, kitchen, master bedroom and private lanai. The WATERFRONT CONDO offers the most privacy and quiet of all of the Regatta resort since it faces the Vanderbilt Bay. The screened in lanai offers four bar stools around a table for outside dining, morning coffee, newspaper reading & internet connecting as well as a comfortable lounge chair for reading and relaxing.
Your vacation residence offers three bedrooms, two baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, and is comfortably furnished and professionally decorated in a West Indies tropical motif. The master suite has a king-size bed with 32" wall hung LCD TV, private dual sink bath and large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed with TC/DVD combo and the third bedroom has two twin beds and a small LCD TV. BROADBAND AND WIFI ARE AVAILABLE INSIDE OUR CONDO.
Regatta is located in the heart of North Naples which boasts world-class dining,shopping and golfing. DINING CHOICES range from the Ritz Carlton to the popular chains (Macaroni Grill,Carraba's, Longhorn, Outback,Flemings and Ruth Chris Steakhouses,The Cheesecake Factory and PF Changs, just to name a few) and local favorites including several wonderful breakfast spots like First Watch and Skillets and three wonderful fresh seafood restaurants. Locals also enjoy Thai and Tex Mex spots. FOR SHOPPING, enjoy the Waterside Shops of Pelican Bay, the boutiques of Old Naples (5th Avenue and 3rd Street South), and the Village on Venetian Bay, all just a short drive away as well as Miramar Outlets. Live entertainment is available at the Ritz Carlton and numerous clubs.
