  • My husband and I stayed here with our 3 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool is really great. You can either walk to the beach or drive to Zippers beach. The surfing was really good. The place is in a guarded gated community. As far as we know there are no reported cases of the swine flu in Baja California South. There is great snorkeling at Maria's and Chileano, and great restaurants close by. Steve was a great host.

  • 3 couples rented this house for a week. It was spacious. Everybody had their own private bathroom plus there's an extra half bathroom by the pool. The showers were hot and there were plenty of towels. The pool area is very nice. Trees are planted so that you can lounge in the sun or the shade at any time of the day. The kitchen/dining/family room area is well laid out. We whale watched in the morning. Had plenty of room to make drinks and set out munchies. Steve was a great host. He was available as needed and took care of our questions and needs. The house's location to San Jose and Cabo is excellent. We walked down towards the beach for food on a few occasions. Plus it's near the Mega Mall which is great if you think you'll have to pick up food or drink a few times. All in all this was an excellent place to stay while in Cabo. Thanks Steve!!

  • This is a very large 2 story house with a wonderful pool and patio area. We stayed with our family for a month and had a fabulous, relaxing time. Sleeping with the windows open each night and hearing the surf crashing was a wonderful relaxing sound. Can highly recommend this property. Thanks Steve for your great hospitality!
