This was our second time to this house and once again we had a great time. Steve is great and always there if you need him. The updates to the bar and bench by the pool is very nice. The neighbors were good and we felt very secure with the watchmen always checking the area. We will definately stay there again. It is perfect for our family, it is very homey you can really relax here. Having your own pool is great and it is just a short walk to the beach. Great location, close to everything. Thanks again Steve!!! See you soon:)

My family and I stayed at Steve's place for three weeks. We had a great time, the house was wonderful and Steve was very good to deal with. We had no problems at all. The security is really good there so felt safe all the time. I would stay there again in a minute! We had all the amenities and the beach was not far away. There were 7 of us and we had lots of room. It was great getting up and having your own pool right outside your door. Everything was very clean and tidy. Neighbours were all very good. Thanks Steve it was GREAT!

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool is really great. You can either walk to the beach or drive to Zippers beach. The surfing was really good. The place is in a guarded gated community. As far as we know there are no reported cases of the swine flu in Baja California South. There is great snorkeling at Maria's and Chileano, and great restaurants close by. Steve was a great host.

3 couples rented this house for a week. It was spacious. Everybody had their own private bathroom plus there's an extra half bathroom by the pool. The showers were hot and there were plenty of towels. The pool area is very nice. Trees are planted so that you can lounge in the sun or the shade at any time of the day. The kitchen/dining/family room area is well laid out. We whale watched in the morning. Had plenty of room to make drinks and set out munchies. Steve was a great host. He was available as needed and took care of our questions and needs. The house's location to San Jose and Cabo is excellent. We walked down towards the beach for food on a few occasions. Plus it's near the Mega Mall which is great if you think you'll have to pick up food or drink a few times. All in all this was an excellent place to stay while in Cabo. Thanks Steve!!

This is a very large 2 story house with a wonderful pool and patio area. We stayed with our family for a month and had a fabulous, relaxing time. Sleeping with the windows open each night and hearing the surf crashing was a wonderful relaxing sound. Can highly recommend this property. Thanks Steve for your great hospitality!
