Enjoy an exceptionally designed, newly renovated, two bedroom, two bath rental property rated as "Premiere," the highest rating awarded by the Island's foremost Resort. Overlooking the 17th tee and fairway of Jack Nicklaus’ fabulous Turtle Point Golf course, a leisurely stroll from Kiawah’s Five Star Sanctuary luxury resort and spa, steps away from Kiawah’s spectacular pristine beaches and a short walk from the East Beach Town Market and Tennis Center, our villa welcomes the discriminating vacationer to all the comforts of home in the midst of an island paradise.
Our villa sleeps six with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a fireplace, a deck and a screened-in porch with ceiling fan. The upscale kitchen is fully stocked, and the villa is equipped with a new, full-size, washer and dryer. We provide all linens and towels (bath only).
For activities, there is biking on 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. Our guests are entitled to use the amenities provided by Kiawah Resort, which include(1) preferred access and discounted Green Fees (up to 25%) on all 5 Championship Golf courses, including the Ocean Course; (2) preferred access and discounted tennis court time; (3) discounted rates for kid's camp and nature excursion programs; (4) preferred access to Kiawah's only non-private luxury Sanctuary Spa (our guests are entitled to schedule appointments 7 days in advance, while non-resort guests can only make same day reservations if there is availability); (5) 24 hour on-site consierge services to assist our guests with all reservations or other needs; (6) transportation service throughout Kiawah Island; and (7) access to Night Heron Park pool. We are only a short drive away from beautiful Charleston with its incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, South Carolina aquarium, IMAX theater, romantic horse drawn carriage rides through historic districts and sumptuous dining.
Terms and Conditions: No Smoking and no pets allowed. Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11 AM. Guest is responsible for all damages to the premises or its contents and agrees to indemnity Owner for damages.

We hope that you will enjoy our Villa on Kiawah. We first visited Kiawah in August 2003 and immediately fell in love with the Island. We visited several times over the next year and, in August 2004, we knew we'd found our place in the sun. Everything about the Island called out to us--and then we found our Villa and, well, the rest, as they say, is history. Recently renovated, it is one of only a handful of villas on the Island to be awarded "premier" status by Kiawah Island Resort. Once you step through the doorway, you'll see why. Greeted by hardwood floors, ceramic tile, soft pastels and luxurious furnishings, the villa is unlike any you've ever seen--or stayed in--before.
