The kitchen, dining room and living room open up to the large covered balcony where you can entertain or just sit and relax. There is also a big screen TV with satellite.

Large fenced in lot is surrounded by lush vegetation and is safe for kids to play. Enjoy a family barbeque or relax in the hammock. There is a covered parking area for cars and boats. Also, a large storage area.

Only a three minute walk to HARRY HARRIS STATE PARK along the bike path in front of the house. The park has a sandy kid-friendly beach with picnic tables and barbecues, well-equipped large playground, baseball field, basketball court and easy to use boat ramps for a boat or waverunner.

Close to shopping, great restaurants and a grocery store. Miami is one hour away and Key West is one and a half hours.
