Our family owned, single storey villa is furnished to a very high standard and is situated in a tranquil resort enjoying views over the lake from the extended, fully screened, pool deck. With plenty of patio furniture provided, and the Florida sun almost guaranteed, you have the ingredients for a wonderful relaxing vacation.
When the theme parks are not the order of the day, then our air conditioned games room, with full size slate bed pool table, Cable TV & PS2 with a selection of games, should occupy any non sun-worshippers in your party! A large sofa provides seating for onlookers! There is a wireless broadband/high speed internet connection in the games room so bring your laptop/notebook computer with you and you can 'surf' whenever you wish!
The two separate living areas have large curved Italian leather sofas and chrome/glass tables. The family area benefits from a 52 inch TV with over 300 digital cable channels,a DVD player and CD player.There are sliding patio doors out onto the pool deck.
The master bedroom has a US king size (six foot wide) bed, cable TV and video. The 'en suite' bathroom has a large corner bath, sink toilet and a large walk-in shower.
There is a Queen room (five foot bed) with cable TV and two twin rooms, one themed 'Finding Nemo'.
The bedrooms all benefit from ceiling fans and have built in closets
The house bathroom has a bath with shower above, sink and toilet. There is also direct access to the patio/pool area from this bathroom which is a bonus when out on the deck.
The 24hr manned and gated resort of Lake Berkley is a beautiful and peaceful setting for your holiday with the added attractions of a tennis court, volleyball court, basket ball net and fishing. The communal facilities, which you are welcome to use if you wish, include a gym, pool tables and video games, swimming pool /spa and a computer with internet access(small charge).

Having stayed in villas in the Orlando area for the past 20 years we have found this is the best equipped by far!The house was even more beautiful than the photos lead us to believe. We enjoyed using the community pool and jacuzzi and feeding the ducks on the lake. We are truly sorry to leave, but we will return! Wonderful time had by all. Many thanks.

This is a great villa, we usually stay for 7 weeks and it's our 3rd year in this particular one. Lake Berkley is a beautiful gated community. Hats off to the new owners for doing a great job in upgrading the villa especially the pool room which went down well with both the kids and the adults! Have already booked for 2006!

We have had a great time. The villa is the best we have stayed in, the view is lovely especially on sunny mornings sitting eating breakfast. The pool table and big screen TV kept everyone happy (we had a lot of rain!!) and overall it's a great place that we will enjoy visiting again.
