This is an excellent, well cared for property. The location is great. The photos and description on the site do not do it justice! It was a pleasure dealing with the owners. The shopping at the nearby" Loop" is very good. There are good restaurants such as Olive Garden, Longhorns, and Orlando Ale House. We look forward to returning!

Having stayed in many villas in and around kissimmee this villa is up there with the best the location is great the onsite facilitys are great and the villa is first class would recommend to everyone will definitely be returning soon

This is our 4th trip to Florida and this is by far the best villa. The gated security gave us added peace of mind. The correspondence with the owners was quick, efficient and helpful. We have already recommended this villa to our friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Julie, Paul, Laura, Hayley, Ben Ages 46, 46, 20, 20, 15 - July/August 2011 This is our third visit to Florida and the best villa we have stayed in. From the original enquiry Mike and Geraldine answered all our questions to make the booking process easy. The information pack that was sent a few weeks before our departure was very useful .On our arrival at the villa, it was a wow factor, very clean and well equipped. The pool area was bigger and better than we expected, very private and a great place to unwind after a busy day at the parks.The beds were masive and very comfortable.lake berkley resort is a very well maintained and equipped gated community with great walks,fishing etc .would love to return again in the future and recommend this villa to friends and family

The pool and the jacuzzi was great. When we walked inside the first night we arrived we could not believe our eyes. It was exactelly as it was on the photographs on the website. First Class Location; First Class Accommodation

A fantastically located and kitted out villa, 15 minutes from Disney in a classy gated estate, backed by a beautiful lake. I has a lovely heated pool and jacuzzi; a fabulously appointed games room with pool table and Playstation; comfortable and spacious living areas, and 4 luxurious bedrooms. Close to Highway 192 and all of its amenities including numerous restaurants, supermarkets and Wal-Mart. The kids and adults love it here, and cannot wait to return every year. One of the few places in the world where the kids are never bored.

We stayed here with my daughter, her husband and our twin granddaughters for a week. Mick and Geraldine were easy to deal with and they supplied all the paperwork before our stay. Their online ad doesn't do their home justice. The home was very clean as was the pool and the surrounding property. We all enjoyed the pool, the spa and the game room. As for us older folks, we thought the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. If you have any doubts ...don't hesitate, the home is very nice.

We loved Lake Berkley!!! We have travelled many places, and florida is certainly our "home away from home"!!! We have never before rented a villa, we have always stayed in a hotel or have taken our fifth wheel travel trailer. This time we decided to do something different. We loved the villa!!! The weather was fabulous our entire trip!! The villa & grounds were as exactly as pictured on the website.Formal living room, very spacious with corner surround leather couch & formal dining room!! Very lovely!! Central kitchen, with all amenities, (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee pot & toaster!! Kitchen table & open family room with another corner surround leather couch & huge tv!!! Laundry facilities are a BLESSING!!! Used the facilities a few times!! Fantastic!! I will not bring as many clothes the next time. Fabulous games room!! This room was my Favorite!! It comes complete with a pool table, tv, couch & tv games station. Four bedrooms to fight over. We didn't have a problem deciding which room we wanted, we were the first ones to arrive. We picked the master bedroom with ensuite bath (te he!!!) Was great, and there were no complaints for the ones who followed!! We spent our mornings poolside, and loved that we had our breakfast on the patio.We endend up eating out more than we thought!! Our favorites were the "Outback Steakhouse, Steak & Shake, and yes, Hooters!! Ha, Ha!! The ducks on the lake visited us each morning, and we looked forward to seeing them. Sorry, no crocodiles to be seen, but we were watchful. The resort is safe and quiet. Very close to all amenities which was terrific!! Lots to see in this area. Tons of shopping & eateries. Pizza delivery to the villa is available, which we had on our first night of arrival!!! Loved the hot tub, and pool heat is worth every penny!! Villa was very clean and modern!! Thank you to Simply Management for the parcels delivered. We appreciate it!! Disney is just down the road, and we spent a few days there!! Was fabulous!! Everything went well!! No hiccups!! Our entry into the villa was secure, and the key code worked, with no problems!! We will definitely return to Lake Berkley , in the near future!! 1st class property and everything you need

"You should see this" was the first thing said as we walked through the door at the end of a long day travelling. It looked exquisite,smelt devine and just drew you into the property. The children were so excited and loved the Nemo room. The photos of the property were spot on so I don't know why we were so blown away when we walked in. Everything you could want was contained within and we couldn't help but explore, even though we were all so tired. It was so quiet and peaceful we all commented on how well we had slept. Waking up to see the mist over the lake and the wildlife going about their business was so soothing, you couldn't help but smile. The reports on what was going on by the lake became the normal start to our day. Theme parks, shopping and restaurants were all close by and a great guide book supplied at the villa gave us essential contact details, information and advice on everything we needed to know. Whenever we thought we needed something we found it somewhere in the villa. We could say it was like being at home but who puts the rubbish out for collection for you at home and checks that everything is ok during the stay? Great service. We all loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. There are even towels supplied for the pool. We could not recommend this villa highly enough. By far the best place we have stayed in Florida and we would not hesitate in recommending this property to family and friends.

This was our second visit to this beautiful Villa and we cannot recommend it highly enough. It is immaculate and has everything you need for a visit to the sunshine state. It was great to get out early to visit the parks and then head back to the lovely cool villa is relax and recharge our batteries! Excellent location with all attractions, shopping, restaurants close to hand.

What a villa! We stayed here June 2010 and were blown away by the quality of the villa, its furnishings, the pool and the beautiful location overlooking the lake. As soon as you walk through the door you realise that the photos didn't lie! Talk about the WOW factor. We loved it! It was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in ( I have visited Orlando 10+times ) The on-site property manager was the icing on the cake, she was round in 5 mins when a smoke alarm battery started 'bleeping' at 10pm! If you have the chance to stay here you'd be mad to go anywhere else! Have already booked for 2011

We stayed in the villa from 25/03 to 09/04/10 and have no hesitation in recommending the property. It's an excellent villa and Lake Berkley is very nice; it's a gated community, in a nice, quiet spot, yet conveniently located for the theme parks and the interstates/turnpikes. The listings are accurate, the property is spotlessly clean, very spacious and it is furnished/equipped to a high standard. Perhaps the most important point of all: the owners were very helpful and accommodating. Their tips on a range of subjects: restaurants, how to get through and out of Orlando airport quickly and where to book dsicount flights were superb.

A lovely villa in a super location, great to have the lake and watch all the wild life. I can happily say this was the best property we have stayed in, lovely pool area and I like the little clothes dryer. Great to have a safe, for the first time, lovely comfy bed & pillows I will have no hesitation in recommending the villa to whoever I can and we all thank you so very much for such a lovely home.
